No use after 8 PM.brUse at your own risk.brAbsolutely no pets allowed on the court or on the bottom/main level of the home. This is not a pet-relief area. Any evidence of pets on the court or lower level will result in an additional cleaning fee.brNo glass of any kind (bottles, cups, etc.) on or around the court. Violators will be charged an extra cleaning fee.brAny trash left on the court or surrounding area will result in an additional cleaning or disposal fee.brNo swinging, pulling, or abusing the net — treat the court and equipment with care.brWe have installed netting to create a safer environment — please be mindful of neighboring homes and do your best to keep balls from going over the netting.brWash off all sand from your feet and body before entering the home.brRemove shoes with cleats or heavy footwear before stepping onto the court.brChildren under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.brClean up after every use: remove all balls, trash, and personal items. The property is located on the end of a quite cul-de-sac opposite a large park within walking distance of the community swimming pool, shops and cinema and is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Del Mar beaches and the Pacific Ocean. Our home consists of 4 large family rooms downstairs, a kids-den, and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The large master bedroom has an en-suite with king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third a full double bed , and the fourth contains two bunk beds for kids. Ultra high speed (400MBs) internet is installed to enable the whole family to simultaneously home school, work from home, and stream without buffering. Outside there is a large drive with parking for two cars and a private, quite, south-facing back yard to enjoy the sun. The house includes many family extras such as pool table, bikes, hot-tub, trampoline, home-cinema, swings, tree house, climbing wall (and rope!) and basketball hoop to keep the children entertained and happy. brbrThe property is situated within close distance to schools, library, shopping, and Carmel Valley Community Recreation Center.
