Welcome to Mickey’s Mission Beach & Bay Bungalow, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat located in the heart of Mission Beach. (Please note: the unit occupies the ground floor only.)



Mission Beach is a unique spot, offering the best of both worlds with easy access to the ocean and the bay. This recently remodeled, surf-inspired bungalow is just 55 steps from the beautiful Mission Bay, making it a perfect escape for water lovers. The open, California-style kitchen is sleek and modern, equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. The cozy living room features a 50-inch flat screen TV and a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with 4 breakfast bar stools for casual meals.



Both bedrooms are furnished with new queen beds, 50-inch flat screen TVs, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The two bathrooms, conveniently located off the hallway, offer walk-in showers with glass doors, single sinks, and toilets. Outside, the private, fenced front yard provides a peaceful space to unwind with lounge chairs or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal. You’ll also find parking for one large car or two small cars in tandem right next to the building. Our interaction with guests by phone, email, and text are in an effort to ensure that our guests are in the know, feel prepared, and completely at ease while staying with us. We are available 7 days a week from 10a-6pm PST, and after hours in case of emergency!



• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.

• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.

Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)

Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.

• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.

• Pet Policy: Pets are permitted at this property with an ADDITIONAL FEE. The fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $100 plus tax for the second pet. Please be advised: THIS FEE IS EXTRA, IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLED RATE AT BOOKING. We require additional details about your pet before approving and processing payment for the pet fee.

• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.

• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.

• Climate Control: The condo does not have central heating and air conditioning. A portable a/c unit is available for guests to use.

• Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use.

• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and bikes!

• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.

• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
