It's the perfect home base from which to visit Southern California. brbrThis condo is not just a rental property, it is our second home and is exceptionally well-stocked with small appliances in the kitchen (blenders, mixer, etc.), spices, and other supplies. The day bed in the guest room can be made into a short king and there is both twin and king bedding.brbrIn addition to Spectrum cable provided by our HOA, we also have YouTube TV and Britbox.brbrWe have a car in the garage, but there is ample unassigned parking immediately outside the condo.
