Roomy condo, great location, pretty view, well equipped. As with all rentals read the details carefully as the parking, as noted is tight, but doable. Also note the spiral staircase.

Perfect place for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 older teenagers).

The location is wonderful and the house is lovely. From the comfortable family gathering space, with a beautiful view of the water, to well appointed bedrooms it is a great place to stay. A fantastic vacation home on the beach! The pictures and description in the listing were accurate with a stunning water view and beautiful interior. We had six adults and one child with us and the amount of space was perfect for us. The garage parking made it easy to come and go as needed in our midsize SUV. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive and the home was very clean. I highly recommended staying here, you will love it!

Perfect location on the bay. Loved the interior decor and deck overlooking the water. Directions for everything were very clear. Made for a lovely trip.

It was as perfect as could be for celebrating my wife's birthday and having the family join us for the week. Created many great memories while enjoying the house, the bay beach (ocean is about a 5–8-minute walk away) and local sights,,,,,meaning the location was perfect. The garage was major plus but parking for family was a 5-minute walk away. We're thinking of making this an annual event so that should speak for itself as to our being extremely satisfied. The property itself was fabulous, and Grant and Karin were fantastic hosts. The views were stunning, the house was beyond comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings and any dish you could need. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we always bring our own pillows but could have done without them. We can’t wait to get back and spend our mornings on the patio, drinking coffee just steps from the beach. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Beach areas are congested and busy but once in this condo there was no stress. Everything was as promissed. Great location.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beach house near Mission Bay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and welcoming the home was. The decor has that perfect cozy beach vibe—laid-back yet stylish, even had fresh flowers in the living room The location truly can’t be beat. We were just steps away from both the bay and the ocean, making it super easy to enjoy paddleboarding in the morning and sunset walks on the beach in the evening.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day in the sun. Every bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the whole space felt like a true home away from home.We can’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re a family, group of friends, or couple looking for a relaxing getaway, this beach house is a gem. We’re already planning our return trip!

The condo was very clean, updated and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect for our group since it was not far from any of the activities we wanted to complete throughout our stay (beach trips, downtown exploration, bay boat tour, etc). Owner was very communicative and accommodating as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

You and Karin have a lovely beach home! We're pleased with our decision to stay on Bayside Walk instead of Ocean Front Walk. The peace and calm of Santa Barbara Cove is more our speed. We appreciate the detailed instructions. We've been able to figure everything out from those. We appreciate organization and cleanliness and were easily able to adapt to the environment. Please let your wife know the house was very well stocked upon arrival. It was great to have tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish cloth, dish towels, dish sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher pods in the house and easy to find. The live flowers were also a nice touch and the art in your entryway is lovely!

Spacious, clean and well stocked condo with lovely sunrise over Mission Bay. Close to shopping and restaurants and short trips by car to everything San Diego has to offer.

Everything was excellent the floors were not that clean when we arrived and they should mention they don't have air conditioning but other than that everything was great the host was great

Beautiful home with a very nice kitchen and baths. Plus a well-equipped kitchen. Great deck and beach area where we spend many hours. The owner was very responsive with communication. Would definitely rent again if we were in the area.

We had a great week here! Beautifully located on the sand and a short walk to waves. Probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend and consider renting again in the future.

This is a lovely property for families. We brought our children and young grandchildren, and it was a mirror steps to the beach for fun play in the sand. The hosts attention to details is excellent.

We enjoyed our time staying in your beautiful condo. We appreciated the fact that it is so centrally located near so many of the places we wanted to visit - the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, USS Midway and the beach. My nephew enjoyed seeing the ocean for the first time and getting to build sand castles. Your home fit our needs very well and we are glad that we stayed here. '

We had just 5 of us. Property beautiful. Enjoyed running on path and local breakfast. Very clean. Process for check in easy. The details and warnings were a bit disarming as we were afraid we’d get the few dishes we used back, linens in right place, garbage out, cushions in etc.
