It very much has the look and feel of a single family home. brbrThe space is completely remodeled with modern touches. 1240 sqft of open modern living with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The open kitchen and living room area flow together seemlessly. Then entire length of the west wall is windows from the living room, to the kitchen and into one of the en suite bedrooms. brbrThere is a sitting nook in the kitchen that looks out endlessly, a great place for breakfast for two or to enjoy a sunset cocktail. The master suite has a oversized bathroom and shower with rainfall showerhead. Both showers are tiled with glass enclosures. brbrThere is also cozy porch out front in a gated garden area, perfect for morning coffee. The unit comes with one on-site parking space, laundry, gas stove and full kitchen.
