We are one property away from the bayfront and about 100 yards away from the oceanfront. The bay is calmer with warmer water. The ocean is livelier and has great waves. brbrDo you provide beach cruisers brWe do not, but there are several bike rental places within walking distance.brbrIs the noise policy strict brYes, we require guests to respect our neigborhood and we enforce appropriate noise levels throughout the day and strict quiet hours after 10pm.
