Amazing Beach House with great ocean view!

Everything was as-described and we loved our stay. Good communication through checking in and checking out. Although the area was our second choice to Mission Beach, now having stayed in Pacific Beach, it would be our first choice for our next trip. Great beach, good food nearby, and space to breathe.

Lovely stay! Distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Loved the roominess of the house! Great parking spot. Easy to find and close to zoo and SeaWorld. Definitely would stay there again and recommend!

Great location near Mission Beach! Very clean home and comfortable furniture. Our only issue was that the house exterior was recently painted (looked different than the photos on the listing) and there weren’t any house numbers, making it confusing to find. But owner was easy to reach and helped us get checked in. We would stay here again!

Spring Break with our 14 & 11 year old kids. The house had everything on the listing. The front bedroom was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the 2 beds in the back bedroom. House was very clean and comfortable. The sofa has had a lot of use. We covered it with clean sheets and it was very cozy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and peaceful. A short walk to almost anything you might need. Fausto is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

This house worked out great for us. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was really nice. Loved the location and the deck was so nice to sit and relax on when the weather cooperated.If we visit again we will check to see if this is available.

Fausto was very quick to respond to any issues !

The host was responsive but the place was not in the condition we expected. It was dusty, the refrigerator looked like a light show when we opened it up, could not get the TV to work, could not shut one of the blinds in the kitchen because it was so dirty, etc. Because the host was really responsive and worked with us to cancel the reservation I will not add any more detail. I have to believe a lot of this could have been overcome if the host new about these things before we arrived. As stated he did respond promptly to my messages and phone calls.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It made our holiday weekend absolutely perfect. The just was attentive and responsive in times of communication. Definitely an ideal location and plan on returning.

Beautiful, clean, great location, comfy rooms; huge private deck with gas grill, picnic table; 1 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely book this house again!

We loved the beach access and the view of the ocean. The unit is spacious and has good air conditioning. Fausto was very responsive as a host.

Great spot for whatever you want to do in the San Diego area. Close to everything….golf courses, zoo, beach, shopping, and etc. Could sit on the deck and see the ocean. Would stay there again if we come back to California.

Really clise to beach. Loved it
