Located in Bankers Hill, my one bedroom unit is within walking distance to Balboa Park, the Laurel Street Bridge, museums, restaurants, bars, parks, and more. There is a Starbucks, Trendy Restaurant, Pizza restaurant, dry cleaners and Postal Annex on the first floor of the building. It is right across the street from Bertrand at Mr. A's, which happens to be the restaurant with the best view in all of San Diego. Banker's Hill, is a quiet community, hidden in the downtown area and only minutes to the airport, downtown, Little Italy, Old Town, The Embarcadaro, Pet-Co Park, the Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, Presidio Park and most areas. You may never need a car.br When you walk through the main entrance there are two rooms, one with a cozy sitting area with fireplace and the other with a space for working on the computer. Walk up the stairs and you will find an entertainment room with a pool table and TV. There is a fitness room and men and womens bathroom. Outside in the center courtyard there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, barbecue and peaceful area for relaxing.br My unit comes furnished with many of the items which make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. There are stainless steel appliances, which include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There is also a closet washer and dryer, iron and mini ironing board. All bedding, linens, towels and pillows have been provided. br There is a flat screen in the living room with ROKU. There is cable and WIFI.
