If any neighbor complains about music or noise, this can put our license in danger and subject you to a hefty fine from the city.brbr- We do not permit smoking of any kind on the property with the exception of the driveway and at the benches in the corner of the backyard. Evidence of smoking anywhere else will result in total forfeiture of deposit.brbr- No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age.brbr- Maximum overnight guests: 6brbr- Maximum daytime guests: 10brbrOther things to note;brbrbrFor safety and security, there are (2) cameras front of the property. The RING doorbell cam is used for check-ins and deliveries. The security camera is above front door (face front walk way and street) 2nd security camera is above the garage door (faces the drive way and street).brbrThe house has security alarm system that can be activated AWAY or STAY (if you wish to use a code can be issued)brbr**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:brbr1. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.brbr9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.brbr**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.brbr- The Palm Springs Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed within 24 hours of arrival. The agreement must be signed by every adult staying in our home.brbrHold HarmlessbrbrOur insurance company requires us to tell you that use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, bicycles and other features is at your own risk. Trash containers should not be left at the curb and may not be visible from the street view. Walk‐up service is provided by the trash company. POOL HEATING - If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we require at least a 72 hour notice, to ensure the temperature is reached prior to your arrival. Violation of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.brbr**On rentals of 28-nights or more, the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $2,500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills.
