This 6 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features dual master suites, an updated kitchen, huge family room, a bonus/game room, ping pong, stand up 1200 game arcade, shuffle board, shower with direct access off the pool, an outdoor gazebo lounge, and plenty of privacy with no neighbors behind the home.brbrMax number of adults is 12. brbrNote; Landscaping fountains do not have water. brbrFor any stay of over 27 nights, you will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and wire or Zelle a deposit equal to one month's rent.brWeekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.brbrThe pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $125/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $150/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's. If you want to heat the pool, you must mail a $2,000 check at least 2 weeks prior to your stay or wire $2,000 prior to using the pool.brbrWe work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation. During the summer starting late June going until early October the average pool temperature can be 90 degrees+ and can even reach up to 100. Most homes do not have pool chillers. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.brbrWhen it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for longbrbrCancellation policy and proceduresbrbrOur goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.brbrOwners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.brbrFor those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you. brbrIf you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.brbrTo ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.brbrThe credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie.
