He arrives early (before 7:30am!) and comes through the side gate; it shouldn't interrupt your stay in any way but if you see the guy in the hat with a big vacuum tube, that's him!brbrThe gardeners come every other week, usually Fridays. There are 2 pools with jacuzzi hot tubs, and 2 tennis courts. The complex is landscaped and maintained beautifully.brAlthough the condo is only 840 square feet, the ceiling in the living room / dining room is cantalevered which gives a sense of far more space. There are two large walk-in closets, one in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the den/guestroom has a fold out queen size bed. It is fully carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathrooms which have new flooring. Light floods in through a wall of windows facing North; lovely view of the mountains. There is a sliding glass door facing West in the master bedroom, leading to a charming little porch where you might enjoy a morning beverage or a quiet moment to read.
