Palm Springs Modern Condo

Our host, David, was excellent! He contacted us as needed with detailed instructions for arrival and departure. The location of the condo more than met our needs as a base to explore Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Parkl. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Mostly all was fine but there were a few negatives. The smaller bedroom is closer to a busy street (Ramon Road) and there was quite a bit of road noise. The bed in the larger bedroom has a thick pad of foam that my friend found uncomfortable. Finally, both rooms lack lightning.

Comfortable stay in a quiet community and nice location. The heated pool was enjoyable and never overcrowded. I also like to cook, and made many meals - the kitchen was well-supplied with any equipment and utensils you may need.

Nice unit and property, easy access to airport and town, the people I met on property all very friendly and generous.

We had a great stay here. Condo is very dated and thus a bit funky however we loved the big space with two decks and would agree with previous comments about the kitchen being very well stocked The community was lovely with beautiful landscaping which included several pools including a salt one! The neighbours were friendly and welcoming and our host David was a pleasure to deal, very attentive, with giving us both an early check-in and late checkout! Location was great being close to downtown and the airport! Pleased to recommend!

Above and beyond. The property is in a well maintained complex that feels safe and secure. The swimming pools were an excellent retreat from the many options of activity in and around Palm Springs. David was most accommodating and even acknowledged a birthday by ordering from a nearby bakery.

From the sunrise walks in the Prescott Preserve to the sunset dinners on the rooftop downtown, our vacation at David’s place in Palm Springs had us right in the heart of the action. With gated access, private, shaded parking, and multiple balconies, we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. We spent daytime in the pool, evenings in the hot tub, and grilled on the patio. We slept super well on the soft mattresses. Even the neighbors we met were super friendly. David texted us right when we landed to welcome us and offer dining recommendations. We will definitely be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. Very well appointed kitchen - everything we needed. We loved walking in the Prescott Preserve. Quite close to the condo was a little “Oasis” with a pond, lots of birds & dozens of turtles. We walked there almost every day.

We were very pleased with the lovely condo. Although some of the features were a little tired (cupboard doors not quite closing and similar), it did not diminish our enjoyment. The kitchen was almost better equipped than our own kitchen and we really enjoyed using the Marilyn Monroe plates etc. The location was perfect. We could easily get to Palm Springs Downtown and to the numerous hiking trails in the area. We didn't have an opportunity to use any of the pools as it was a bit cool, but enjoyed the cooler weather on our bike trips and hikes.David was very responsive to all questions and even let us check in a bit early. That was much appreciated.We will definitely return and have been singing the praises of the condo to our friends. Now we just have to hope they don't book before we do.

From the day before I arrived the host began communicating with me. I was given all the information to enter the property and after I was in the host checked to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. If I needed anything the host was only a text away with quick responses. The home was so fully equipped that I could have cooked full meals and there was ample supply of towels. I have been to VRBO places that do not have even a wine opener or enought towels but, this place EXCEEDED all expectations on EVERY level!!! I would recommend anyone wanting to have a great location and great place in Palm Springs stay here. For my future visits I will be staying here again.

Very clean aesthetic condo. We felt very safe there and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and 2 balcony’s . The only hiccup was an early flight arrival ( before check in at 3). David was kind enough to let us drop our bags off and return later. Thank you David
