You will forced to relax next to the resort style 55-foot custom lap pool and jacuzzi. Night-time swimming after 10pm requires your library voice to not disturb the neighbors. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated at your request for an additional fee. The covered private lanai features three separate areas with outdoor cabana fans for your comfort, lighting, and control. Due to recent Palm Springs City ordinance there is a very strict NO OUTDOOR music policy. The larger guest suite has its own independent climate control for guests separate from the main house to make this en suite bedroom as hot or cold as you prefer.br brYou will enjoy a pool-side dining area with fire pit as well as an outdoor kitchen with a built-in Weber Genesis grill connected to the gas main and an ice-well to stay hydrated. It heats up at about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us.
