Built for families and friends who want to be together without being on top of each other. The detached casita has its own entrance and workspace, so grandparents, parents, or couples get real privacy. Out back: pool, hot tub, shaded daybed, fire pit, and a built-in grill and bar framed by the San Jacintos. Inside, a light-filled open kitchen and a living room with a big TV and seating for all eight. The laundry room opens right to the pool. Five minutes to downtown restaurants and nightlife.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire property to yourselves: the main house, the detached casita, and the whole backyard with the pool, hot tub, cabana, fire pit, and grill. The garage is the only space not available to guests. Park in the driveway, or on the street if you need more room. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock code we'll send once your rental agreement is signed.
YOUR HOSTS
We manage the home ourselves and are always a message away through Vrbo. Before you arrive we'll send your door code and everything you need for check-in, and we have a local representative nearby if anything needs attention in person. Otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your stay.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
• Palm Springs requires paperwork for every stay, completed before check-in. After you book, we'll send it electronically: the primary guest signs our rental agreement, acknowledges the city's Good Neighbor Brochure, provides a government ID, and lists every guest by name. Every adult also signs the city's Statement of Rules and Regulations, and we'll review the city rules with you in person or by video call. Your door code is sent once everything is signed.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. By city ordinance, no outdoor music or amplified sound is allowed at any time, and no parties or events.
• Pool heating ($119/day) must be requested before arrival so the pool has time to warm up.
