The space
Mid-century bones, completely reimagined. The open-plan layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one flowing space — with large black-framed windows bringing the lush tropical garden inside. The living room is styled with a navy curved sectional, bold yellow accent chairs, and a statement circular ceiling fixture over the dining table. It feels like a design hotel, not a typical rental.

The kitchen is the centerpiece of the home: full metallic mosaic tile from counter to ceiling, grey shaker cabinets, black granite counters, a 6-burner Thor gas range, and a large island with bar seating. The sink window looks directly over the pool and spa. It's built for people who actually cook.

Security & Monitoring
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and a noise monitor on premises (decibel only, no audio recording).

This property has special requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $2,800 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Over 30 nights: additional $45

Pool/Spa Heating: $150, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours' notice

Spa & Pool:
Spa heating included; 2-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 7:00 PM. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.

By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your stay at the property is undertaken at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of all members of your group, including guests, visitors, and any third parties you invite onto the property.
