FYI city of Palm Desert codes do not allow the use the term 3rd bedroom … so it’s listed as a “den”, photos are shown. The city of Palm Desert also does not allow marketing it as sleeping 6, requiring only marketing as four. This is their short term rental code. We have complied with their remarkably coherent city codes. Guests can use common sense as necessary when considering our property and layout as our valued guests.
