The ground floor flex space works as a guest room, home office, or gym with a Peloton. Four blocks from Washington Blvd dining and nightlife, but tucked on a quiet street. One parking spot included.brbrThis multi-level condo sits on a quiet residential street in Marina del Rey, a two-minute walk from the sand and four blocks back from the activity on Washington Blvd.brbrThe entry level holds the kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped for everyday cooking.brbrUp a half flight, the living room opens up with a fireplace (non-functional), Frame TV, and L-shaped sectional. A balcony off this level lets you open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. A window AC unit keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months.brbrAnother half flight up is the primary bedroom with a king bed, an attached bathroom, and closet. The room is modest in size but well suited for beach living.brbrAt the top of the home is a private rooftop deck furnished with a couch and coffee table. This residence is a “home” and is located in a beautiful neighborhood, Colfax Meadows. If you enjoy lovely long walks and friendly people it’s a gem. It has natural warmth and comfort. The yard offers a beautiful green setting, pool, jacuzzi and grill area just outside the back door. It offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A great vaca away from home or a retreat after a busy day of sight seeing.brbrThe house offers a warm and inviting feel with hard wood floors on the main level with the exception of the 5th bedroom which is carpeted as are the upstairs and 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom in unique and are very inviting. 

Bedroom 1 offers a kingsize bed and a double chaise lounge. The bathroom offers a whirlpool bathtub, walk in shower next to it and a his and hers sink.brBedroom 2 offers 2 single beds and its own bathroom with tub/shower.brBedroom 3 offers a queen bed. 
Bedroom 4 offers a full size bed.brNote - Bedroom 3 and 4 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks with a shower/bathtub.
