There is a mandatory mid-stay safety inspection and light housekeeping / cleaning required for every 30-day or more stay at 2-week intervals. Our cleaners and maintenance person will need to enter the property at this time. The cleaning fee will be charged to the guest at 1/2 price of the normal cleaning rate.
