There is almost no public parking for this beach, so being able to walk to it is a real treat. Kings Beach is where you will also find big sandy beaches with every kind of water toy rentals, grocery stores, picnic areas, farmer`s markets, outdoor concerts, great restaurants, and cute shopping boutiques.brWe want our guests to have an amazing time. The appropriate exemption documentation is on file with the applicable booking platform. brbr****** Your dog must be crated if left in the house alone for more than 10 minutes. Guests are responsible for providing the dog crate for this purpose. br****** Barking, howling, crying, and/or other prolonged noise is prohibited at all times and specifically while the dog is left in the house alone. brThis neighborhood and the Tahoe Community in general are VERY sensitive to pet owners who do not pick up their pets’ waste or “leave the baggie to be picked up on the way back”. It is against the ordinances of Placer, Nevada, El Dorado, and Washoe County to leave pet waste anywhere (even in the forest). Due to the sanitary nature of our cleaning service’s responsibilities, an additional $125 pet waste removal fee will be charged if a pet waste complaint is received regarding your stay or if pet waste is found anywhere on the property.brbr04. Maximum ParkingbrThis home allows parking for a maximum of three (3) vehicles at any time. Street parking is not available in this neighborhood and additionally may not be permitted by local laws. Guest(s) accept full responsibility for vehicle damage, theft, fines, or loss while on or off the property.brbr05. No SmokingbrSmoking (including vaping) is not allowed anywhere on the property—inside or out. Should a violation of this policy occur, an immediate $500 remediation fee will be assessed, your reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will forfeit all fees paid.brbr06. Quiet HoursbrQuiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Quiet is defined as the absence of voices, music, and other noises anywhere outside of the residence. The County Ordinance Enforcement Officers and the neighboring community are extremely sensitive to the strict enforcement of this policy. Response to a noise violation report may result in a $1,500 County Ordinance Violation Fee. In addition, should a violation of this policy occur, your reservation will be immediately terminated, and you will forfeit all fees paid.brbr07. Trash & RecyclingbrThis is bear country. We love and respect them, and everyone must accept responsibility for keeping them alive and the property damage-free. The Lake Tahoe Community is highly sensitive about the responsible disposal of trash and any type of wildlife attractant(s). Local residents routinely report violators to the local Sheriff’s Department, without warning. Bears that enter a residence, garage, or vehicle are subject to euthanasia by the Department of Fish & Game. Please know that it is against State Law to leave any type of trash or wildlife attractant unattended. Therefore, all trash and recycling must always be securely placed inside the locked metal bear box at the end of the driveway. Overflow garbage and recycling must be taken off-site by the Guests and never left in a garage, vehicle, near a door or window, or any other unsecured outdoor location. Guests assume financial responsibility for all violations of the law. Local and State fines for improper storage and/or disposal range between $1,500 and $5,000 per occurrence. In addition, should a violation of this policy occur, your reservation will be immediately terminated, you will forfeit all fees paid, and the Property Owners will be entitled to reimbursement by the Guests for loss of revenue due to revocation of their Short Term Rental Permit.brbr08. Housekeeping and Check Out PracticesbrYour cleaning fees cover a standard level of service, including floors and surfaces, linen changes, and laundry processing. Unlike a hotel, this is a personal residence, and as such, the cleaning fee does not accommodate excessive or unanticipated services not typically required for a residential stay, specifically: excessive dog hair and any amount of urine or feces inside or outside the home. Thank you for caring for this property as if it were your own. brbrAfter you check out of the property, there may be a period of time before the cleaning service arrives. Our bears are very motivated by homes with accessible food and trash smells (even when the doors and windows are closed), so we kindly ask that Guests please:br(1) Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their original locations/positions.br(2) Leave used beds unmade (no bedding on the floor, please).br(3) Collect all dirty towels and place them near the washing machine - we always love it when guests start the first load when they leave, but it is not required.br(4) Load the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes and start the wash cycle.br(5) Secure all remaining trash in the bear box at the end of the driveway, ensuring the door(s) is/are firmly closed and locked.br(6) Close and lock all windows and exterior doors; close all blinds and curtains.brWe don’t want to put any undue pressure on Guests to do our job. Bears that enter a residence, garage, or vehicle are subject to euthanasia by the Department of Fish & Game. Please know that it is against State Law to leave any type of trash or wildlife attractant unattended. Therefore, all trash and recycling must always be securely placed inside a locked metal bear box at the end of the driveway. Overflow garbage and recycling must be taken off-site by the Guests and never left in a garage, vehicle, near a door or window, or any other unsecured outdoor location. Guests assume financial responsibility for all violations of the law. Local and State fines for improper storage and/or disposal range between $1,500 and $5,000 per occurrence.
