Home has 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2.5 bathrooms to boot. Sleeps up to 8 adults plus kiddos with ease. The spacious and open kitchen has granite countertops and all new appliances. It overlooks the living area with free standing gas stove and vaulted ceilings, a large television for streaming and two new comfy couches, one of which folds out into a sleeper for extra sleeping capacity. There is also dining space for 6 at the main table and 2 at the kitchen island, breakfast bar.



Off the living room, there's a deck overlooking the front yard that has two chairs facing south for the fullest sun of the day. Out the back way, there's a larger deck with patio dining, a gas heat lamp for those chillier summer nights and gas grill for dining al fresco. Regardless of the season, there's also a private hot tub where you can take a dip and slough off the day.



On the upper level of the house, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there is a half bathroom on your way to the Primary Suite. This space has a calming color palette and is very spacious even with the Queen-sized bed, Streaming TV atop a tall dresser and a Trundle Bed with 2 Twins for overflow capacity for the young ones. The bedroom flows openly into the vanity area of the bathroom, complete with a large mirror and dual sinks. The door to the left gains access to the toilet and a combination shower/tub. The door to the right, provides storage and extra bedding in the organized walk-in closet with custom shelving.



Brand new flooring can be found on the lower level, along with the other two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the two car garage. The two bedrooms on the lower level mirror each other and include a Queen size bed, dresser, closet and windows to view their respective yards. They share the use of a roomy bathroom which also has a combination shower/tub.

    The house had mice that were running all over the kitchen, getting into our food and defecating on the counters. Dead mouse in the garage. The bath mat in the downstairs bathroom was ingested with bugs. We had to throw away food and clean up feces daily. The property manager only said this is common for Lake Tahoe. All my years of visiting Lake Tahoe I’ve never had to deal with this. It was disgusting.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is situated well. A few minutes drive to Kings Beach. Close to grocery store. Management was easy to talk with via text. Everything was great except the uncleanliness from the pets they allow to stay there. The blankets were so dirty and dog hair was everywhere. It looks like people let their animals sleep on the blankets. We would sit on the couch and animal fur was caked on us from the pillows. There is a pet deposit and it must be pocketed because I can’t see how extra measures are taken to keep it clean. I have some pictures of the fold out couch that animals must have slept on as well. I will most likely never stay again. I didn’t tell property management about this particular issue we had because I doubt they would have sent a cleaner to lint roll and clean all pillows, couches and treads all the linens and clean the vents. Some of the vents were caked with stuff. It was just something we had to get thru and not repeat. I normally bring my Beddy’s bedding but thought I didn’t need to this time. I was wrong. Two blankets in the master closet smelled like people’s oily skin. We were all quite grossed out. I did bring some throw blankets which the kids ended up sleeping with.

    We had a great stay here! Convenient location, cozy and well stocked! Lots of kitchen items and an abundance of bedding and towels. Mostly clean - the downstairs bathroom could have used a better scrub down (most of our group ended up using the upstairs shower) and the patio areas could perhaps use a wipe down in between stays. Loved their Adirondack chairs - especially for stargazing! Hot tub was very clean and well maintained- and a joy after dunking in the cold lake water! Code usage was easy. Would 100% stay here again and recommend! Thanks for a lovely mini vacation!

    My husband and I came up with our parents and one 10 month old baby. The house was just like the pictures and was very cozy feeling! The location is great - close to grocery stores, Northstar and lots of trails for hiking or taking a nice walk.

    Our family of 5 stayed here the week after Christmas. We got hit with crazy weather (torrential rain, then 2-3 feet of snow) so we only got in one day of skiing. Luckily, this house was so cozy! There are lots of snuggly blankets, the gas fire heated the place up instantly and the hot tub was awesome. We watched a lot of movies (they have all the apps and channels), and we’re grateful for use of the garage after the 3rd foot of snow fell. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever and we would highly recommend staying here.

    Property is perfectly located, beach resturants shopping all nearby. Could use an update on some items including the bedding, towels, doors, and table. Spa was nice but needs to be a little cleaner. Love that it was pet friendly, garage is huge for our big truck. BBQ was very clean and ready for use. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood.
