This condo was in a perfect location! Close to restaurants, hiking, beaches, etc. It was very quiet and we felt extremely safe there. Communication with the host was impeccable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

This unit is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location with a view of the woods, and it’s a quick walk to the pool. The unit has everything you need and is exceptionally clean and well organized. We loved staying at this property and highly recommend it. Thank you to our hosts!

Wonderful location! 5 minute drive to Kings Beach, 20 min to Sand Harbor, 20 minutes to Tahoe City. Excellent stay and comfortable for my kids and I. Stayed during the week and it was very quiet and clean.

This condo is located at just 10 mins from Northstar resort and 6 mins from 24-hour Safeway grocery store. So it is a nice place if you plan to go to Northstar for skiing. For the house, it is good up to four people (very cozy) and kitchenwares and amenities (handsoaps, etc.) are well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied.

We had an excellent time here. Our kids (ages 6 and 8) had a blast running up and down the stairs at this three-story condo and they liked the privacy of having their own isolated spot on the top floor. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again. The hosts were flexible when we had to change the dates of our trip, which I really appreciated.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Kings Beach; the condo was in a great location, was quiet and had all that we needed. We knew there were a lot of steps but that was not a problem for us. We actually loved that the 2 bedrooms were on different levels because it allowed us our own space. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and the shared living space sufficiently large. Communication with management was prompt; we were very content with our stay!

Enjoyed our stay! Well provisioned rental that made stay for family of four easy. Would note for young families, 1 bedroom with two beds is up steep set of stairs which wasn’t ideal for two young kids. But otherwise, great rental.

Condo located in an area of many other like units. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. Master bedroom on the first floor was great. Second floor living area also comfortable and appointed well. WIFI was very good. Stay was in July/August so was very warm. No A?C but we knew that. Fans were appreciated. There are alot of stair steps in this 3 story unit. We liked it though.

Our impression started upon booking the location and receiving our information. The hosts had detailed instructions with tips/helpful information about the area. Being a details person this started things off on the right foot! Upon arrival we found the booking to be very nice, clean, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Having the additional amenities of a pool, etc was a definite plus for our twelve year old. The location of the booking was conveniently located and not far from major attractions. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and helpful and they were very attentive. Overall it was a great experience!!

Perfect for a couple or small group. The bed is a new King size bed with memory foam, I have a bad back so I appreciate having a new good mattress. This is a very nice condo right next to the hiking trails into the mountains. The 2nd floor has a nice kitchen and living room and there is a bedroom with 2 smaller beds and a full 2nd bathroom on the 3rd floor. Very clean and comfortable and well maintained; we would stay there again if it is available next time around
