Please respect neighbors and other guests around. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Please be reasonable and don`t make excessive noise during those hours.brbrNo parking in garage.brbrThe home is not suitable for partying. Home has central heat and a/c system. The house has a TV screen with HDMI input and a Roku player that allows to stream online content like Netflix, Youtube etc. You are welcome to bring your laptop or other source of video/movies.brbrThe back deck offers a patio table with 6 chairs and a propane bbq grill.brbrYou are in a community with a golf course, seasonal heated swimming pool (May-October), lake that gets really warm in summer, hiking trails near by, stables with horse rides and much more. If you spilled something, on the floors wipe it out. If you break or damage something, offer to pay for it. I will take out trash bags for you, but I really don`t plan on picking up small and big things all over and around the house after some crazy party. Absolutely no smoking inside and within 20ft/6m of doors windows. Cleaning fee includes cleaning the house, kitchen and bathroom, sheets, towels etc. Doesn`t not include washing dishes or any other kitchen stuff/utensil that you used.
