There is an open-style living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens up to the large deck where another dining table and chat-style lounge seating with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Perfect for watching the sunset. The living area has games to play and an 80-inch smart TV. The entire home and deck have built-in speakers (please be courteous to our neighbors and friends who live on their boats).brbrWe are in a quiet area of deep water that is perfect for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. You're welcome to use our kayak and two paddleboards. Please secure them when you're not using them. We also have a water play pad that you could pump up, which is fun for everybody.
