The place was great , I had my eye on it for awhile and finally rented it ! Family and friends came up for birthday celebration and we all had a great time ! Look forward to coming back

Our second time staying and another great time had. This property is great and one of the few with a pool and easy access to fast water. Sometimes we think the Delta is a little random, but I have to tell you that the view from the deck at sunrise is something out of National Geographic. The property is well stocked and the kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. You will not be disappointed.

This location and property were perfect for our multi-generation family group. The river access was perfect, no wake in front for swimming with quick fast water to teach the grandkids to water ski. The pool was great and the hot tub a treat. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The communication with Alina and Eric was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this house. The owner is a breeze to work with. The house is located in the best location Discovery Bay has to offer. Makes for a great vacation with a family and water toys.

The house location is great, boat access to the Delta doesn't get much better. The grandkids had a blast fishing swimming and just hanging out outside.

This house was amazing! My family and I had the most wonderful time there, we loved every minute of it. The location for fishing was perfect, we caught a ton of fish!

This house was very clean, great property with everything you need. The boat dock was so nice to tie up to and be about the closest house to fast water. The only thing that threw us off a little, was that the 4 twin beds are just floor mats, but the kids were fine. Over all a great stay and great location and we will be back!

Finding a place that pleases everyone in our family isn't easy. We're a diverse group, ages 10 to 63, with very different ideas of what a great get-away looks like. But we found it here. The home and property are well layed out providing private space for anyone wanting to be off on their own AND group spaces that easily accommodated our family of 10. The yard is creatively planned. There is a grassy area - perfect for lawn games and bare feet. There are multiple deck levels around the pool and BBQ that offer seating and sun bathing. There is a stunning walkway to the dock, lined with palm trees and flowering plants that absolutely makes you feel like you're in Hawaii. The best thing about the layout of the grounds is that each area gives the feeling of privacy while still being visible from the house with just a few steps right or left. So the teens & the 10yo felt like they were on their own, away from the old people, while I was able to easily check on them, from the house, without intruding! The property manager was accommodating and flexible. She was quick to reply to each of my texts and easily answered any questions I had. You would have to look far & wide to find a better view of the sunrise and sunset then the one you'll see here looking across the pooI out onto the delta. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax & unwind OR swim, fish & go boating!

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point. The communication was great with the owner and property manager, the house was clean and in a great location. If you are into water sports, there is plenty to do. The kids enjoyed catching blue gill and crappie from the dock. We had a great time and would definitely return. Just some observations we had, but they were in no way a deal breaker: The beach across the way is a fun spot, but popular and at times could be a little loud. Even though the property and private dock are in the slow water, wake from the fast creates moderate waves at times. Specific to our visit and no fault of the owners, the house next door is being remodeled. Work begins at 7am and could be a little loud, but hopefully this is completed by the time you visit. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

We brought our family of 5 and my parents to stay at Paradise Point for 4 nights and had an absolute blast. Eric was incredibly communicative through the check-in process and had a property manager available for any questions/needs. This property has the perfect location location - very close to fast water and a beach right across the water way. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys the delta living experience!

This is our second time staying at this property and it really does feel like paradise. The house is very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen to make meal preps easy. The backyard is so beautiful with many palm trees that offered much needed shade. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and so much fun for the kids and adults. We used the 2 kayaks and played cornhole on the lawn every day. The location, being so close to fast water, made it so easy to go out on our boat and back to the house for lunch. Eric and Alina are both great communicators and welcoming. We will definitely rent this property again soon.

We had an amazing time! I think you may have the best lot on the delta! The yard is absolutely stunning and the house was so well set up. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and the water. Thank you for renting to us. We hope to return again.
