The Space:

Enjoy full access to entire 2 bed/ 1 bath sectioned house, front,back and side yards. Back deck with outdoor furniture to seat 10 people, 2 Meeden professional painting tripod, 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle boards, private dock, games shared between rental guests.

KITCHEN:

Waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, variety spices, toaster, Stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), full dish ware, cooking essentials, breakfast bar, local wine and wine cups etc.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Offers a shared large dock with 6 person conversation couch with fire pit and a 4 person seating group, private dock for your boat. Relax with our Meeden Art set with French Easel for painting for both Adult and kids, pre drawn canvas provided.

BEDROOM:

TV’s in each bedroom and living room with plenty of channels to watch and access to all streaming services.

GENERAL:

Keyless entry, high speed free wifi available, complimentary toiletries, central A/C, hair dryer, shower caps, iron/board, trash bags & paper towels, linens & towels, washer/dryer.

Dock is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, nature watching.

Guest Access:

Private dock with Kayaks, Paddle Boards available for use during your stay.
