Nice and clean, close to everything , parking was a bit tight as road filled up fast near the property.

Works great for family of six. Very comfortable beach cottage that had recent renovation. Close ride to beach option in Dana, or up Route 1 to Laguna beaches, or south to San Clemente. The beach chairs, umbrella and conveniences are a bonus! Bikes look great. Enjoyed trip to Catalina Island with close ride to Dana Harbor. Easy enough to cook a few meals, use the grill, etc. Definately recommend for a practical family vaca.

Had a great stay here with our fam of 5! Super clean home and has everything you need. It’s small but we spent all of our time outdoors in such a great neighborhood.

Advertised as 4 bedrooms and can accomodate 10To get 4 bedrooms you must include one that is the size of a closet and another that is windowless

I booked this stay last minute because my child had an expected medical appt in the area so we decided to spend the weekend. I originally book thru VRBO and thought everything was fine. I then got a message from the host saying because it was last minute I would have to cancel and book thru the competing air site. Because options in the area were slim I obliged, however thru the competing site I was then charged by the host over 150 more which felt unfair. If the listing isn’t available for last minute bookings then don’t have it available to book last minute. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable so if you stay here I advise at the least bring your own pillows. Even at 72 it gets extremely hot in the house because there are no overhead fan circulation and only two small fans in the house. The kitchen has no cutting board and is very limited with its stock. There are signs everywhere saying no sand in the house or you will be charged, I understand excessive sand but being a house geared towards the beach it’s inevitable that you will get some sand in the house, coming from the beach to the house to shower it’s impossible to leave the all the sand behind. If you need a late checkout don’t bother asking because they will not provide it. In fact the maids were waiting at the door 15 minutes before we were due to checkout which I felt was unprofessional. Overall host seem more about charging for everything over guest experience

The VRBO was clean and inviting. There were 3 travelers in our group and we were happy to each have our own bedroom. The kitchen was great! It had everything we needed to make a few meals and hang out. When I contacted the management about a burner knob coming off, they responded immediately and sent someone over within 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this unit and would stay again if/when coming back to Dana Point, CA. The only complaint would be the neighbors who park in the street and their vehicle blocks a small portion of the driveway, making it a little difficult to get in and out. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Accommodated our family with clean, quality furnishings in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our time at this house. We stayed with our 2 adult kids and my husband and I. We enjoyed the central location and felt like we had plenty of space.

The amenities are so thoughtful. It had everything you could possibly need! 10/10 recommend!

The water pressure in the bathrooms could have been better and it would have been nice to have more than 3 wine glasses available. However, the place was clean and in a nice safe area. We would like to stay here again next year when we come to visit family.
