Our home is furnished in keeping with the 1920 beach cottage genre. We are located in the historic village of Corona del Mar. It is one block from Newport Bay and three blocks from the Corona Del Mar beaches, plus within walking distance of children's parks and the village restaurants. Fashion Island is just a mile away.br Our home does have a ring doorbell in the front of the house by the front door as well as two cameras. One in the front and one in the back yard for security purposes.br When guests are there the speakers are off.brbr This property is a restored 1927 'kit home' that you could order from the Sears catalog and construct in a weekend, of course it wasn't. It is lovely and private and has one thousand square feet with a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. A full bath and a half bath. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has TWO twin beds. All linens are provided, with down comforters and pillows, as well as all your towels. The living room has a sofa bed. brbr I know you don't want to cook, but if you do, the kitchen is updated with all the modern conveniences to assist the gourmet cook in you and still has the vintage vibe with a vintage Chambers stove. Several markets, including Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's and Pavilions are close . We have a charcoal barbecue in the front yard for private outdoor dining. The plumbing, electricity and heating are new and updated . Because of a hotter than normal summer last year, we have added Air Conditioning in both bedrooms.
