    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Villa in Corona Del Mar! From the very beginning, the owners went above and beyond by sending detailed and thoughtful information well before our trip. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and even CVS—all conveniently within walking distance—which made planning and settling in incredibly easy.The instructions for the home and the amenities available during our stay were clear and thorough. The Villa itself was just as cute and charming as the pictures, if not more so. The location truly could not be better—perfect for walking and fully immersing yourself in everything Corona Del Mar has to offer. Beach and water views are just a block away, which was a huge highlight!The neighborhood is very nice, upscale, and filled with friendly people, making it feel both welcoming and safe. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a beautiful, walkable area with stunning views and easy access to all the best that Corona Del Mar has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!

    We had a fantastic stay at Seaview Getaway B in Corona Del Mar! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We really appreciated the quiet, residential setting and clear communication from the hosts.The garage parking made things easy, and the beach gear and wagons were a great bonus for our family. The keyless entry was super convenient once we got the hang of it (definitely read those instructions!). The A/C was quiet and efficient, and the patio was the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or grilling dinner.The laundry access, booster seat, and Pack-n-Play were thoughtful additions that made traveling with kids so much easier. It’s clear the hosts care about guest comfort and experience—everything from the welcome instructions to the first aid kit was organized and helpful.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Newport Beach!

    Our family reunion in Corona Del Mar was pure magic, and this house was the perfect stage for it all! The moment we walked in, we were met with spotless spaces, coastal-chic décor, and all the little touches that make a place feel special.But let’s talk about that patio. Morning coffee with ocean air? Yes, please. Evenings around the BBQ, laughing until our cheeks hurt? Absolutely. It became our go-to gathering spot—sun, stars, and the smell of something delicious on the grill.The location? Unreal. A quick walk to the beach, coffee runs, and adorable shops, yet tucked into a peaceful neighborhood you can actually sleep in. Beds were super comfy, linens fresh, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our crew’s big family meals.Our host was a total rockstar—friendly, quick to respond, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great time.We came for a reunion, but left with a whole collection of new favorite family memories. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here—do it!

    Beautiful property and location. Located a few blocks to restaurants, CVS, grocery store, and importantly the beach. Great location and well sized place to fit our family. Part of a 4-5plex and the unit had a terrific wide patio to eat and hang out. The place came with a garage parking spot which is key in this neighborhood and had all the beach supplies you could need! Wagon, umbrellas, towels, boogie board, chairs, shovels. We will certainly go back! Host was exceptional!
