This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbecue! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 beach chairs.

    This is a perfect location if you’re looking to get close to the beach. Neighborhood is super quiet. The space is appointed with very comfortable beds and linens. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

    What a wonderful stay we had!! Just like other travelers indicated, the location is superb. What set this property apart is its owner. You can see their attentions to details in many little areas that made a huge difference for our enjoyment. First of all, communication is awesome with the owner. We definitely feel the welcome. The units furniture are of high quality. The patio’s setup is so enjoyable we ate every meal there. The sun umbrellas are super easy to operate and there are built in lights to provide night time dining lightning. Garage is huge for us because how tight the street parking was when we were there. Tons of beach equipment are provided so we didn’t have to go shopping for gear. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly think of. We all loved the property very much that we are talking about coming back again.

    What a relaxing family gathering we had. The units are gorgeous, open space, cozy and fresh linens and pillows, plus everything you need to cook at home if you choose including convenient extras like coffee, foil, and plastic storage bags, to name a few. The patio is the supreme gathering spot with beautiful outdoor furniture and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and evening dinner as you watch the comings and goings of the neighborhood. Convenient garage parking with loads of beach supplies for trips to the sand is a plus. Can’t beat the walks in CDM with all the gorgeous homes and gardens. Our family had a most memorable time. Everyone loved the place, and the beautiful location!

    Property was very well equipped and in a high end residential neighborhood. You can walk to everything and unlike Balboa it was very quiet at night with ample street parking. Large outdoor patio for relaxing and dining. Having a garage and AC is a bonus. Be sure to have dinner at Bandera which is only a block away.

    We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. Parking was convenient and you had your space to park in garage. You could walk to the beach and near by restaurants.

    We loved our time at Doug’s well-equipped ocean view cottage! This was the perfect spot for our young family to walk to the beach, playground, and shops. The thoughtful layout made the most of the space and view; I loved seeing the Pacific from the kitchen. The combination of parking, thoughtful touches, a large private patio, immaculate bedrooms and fully stocked beach gear makes for a frictionless rental. I love everything about this place and will be returning with friends to take over all four units.
