The connecting living room area has a big wood burning fireplace, flat panel TV mounted high above the fireplace with high speed wireless internet. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, personal full bath, a flat screen TV and has access out to the fenced back yard with deck and spa. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom three and four have twin over full bunk beds with pull out trundle sleeping 4 people in each room . Readily available for your use is the second full bath and laundry room available in hallway. This property sits on large treed lot with wooded privacy fencing. In the garage there is a ping pong table and foosball table. It is an easy walk to the Summit slopes, great for mountain biking & hiking in the summer, snow boarding and skiing in the winter. It is just minutes to the lake, The Village, Restaurants and shopping. There is ample level parking for 4 cars.
