While planning and designing this house we set out to create a home our family could use to compliment the wonderful experiences we have at Disneyland. We hope your family will enjoy it also!

This home is conveniently located – only an easy 15 minute walk (even with little ones) to Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Monorail entrance. And although the proximity is so close, youwill get to enjoy a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly, family-oriented neighbors. A special treat is getting to hear the Disneyland Railroad whistle from the house during the day!

We have completely remodeled and updated the entire house with families in mind. It is a single level home (no stairs) which makes it ideal for families with little ones or seniors. It has an open floor-plan for maximum family fun. You will enjoy many amenities- smart TVs in each bedroom and living room with an extensive digital movie library, state of the art air-conditioning technology, over-sized tankless water heater, updated alarm technology, and free high speed WiFi- just to name a few.
This home has been professionally decorated and completely furnished with the spirit of Disney in mind. Each room has been tastefully and subtly Disney-themed. The goal we had was to transport you into the intended movie and make you feel as though you are living IN THE MOVIE!!!

Off the centrally located living room/kitchen/dining room is the hallway leading to the Primary Ensuite, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

‘Jungle Book’ Primary Bedroom: This room should evoke the feeling of being in a luxurious jungle retreat. It boasts an elegant feeling with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom connected with a pocket door, and custom artwork of the beloved classic characters from “The Jungle Book”. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower, single sink vanity and toilet. Sleeps 2

“Queen Elsa’s Ice Castle” Bedroom: We never got to see Elsa’s ice castle bedroom in ‘FROZEN’ the movie but we think it would definitely be something along these lines… Queen sized bed, custom faux painted shimmering “frost designs” paint treatment, and icy décor. Has view of the lagoon and waterfalls. Sleeps 2

“Rapunzel’s Tower Room” Bedroom: Rapunzel’s amazing talent for painting inspired this room. We captured her colorful imaginative artwork in custom wall murals. You will truly feel as though you’ve found her secret tower! This room has a queen sized bed. Has view of the lagoon and waterfalls. Sleeps 2

Connected to the living room and dining area is a HUGE kids multipurpose bedroom and playroom with access to the backyard. This room is imagined after one of Disney’s classics and one of our personal favorite movies- PETER PAN!
We’ve taken to calling this our “NEVERLAND ROOM”. In this room, we have built-in two sets of bunk beds into a central giant “Hangman’s Tree” House, just like the ‘Lost Boys’ have. The bunk beds are full sized over twin trundle beds.
The “Neverland Room” feels especially spacious because of the vaulted wood ceilings and the beautiful bay window bench seat. Which may remind you of ‘the Darling’s’ children’s nursery window bench and it is perfect for curling up with a good book. Custom murals add to the ambiance.

“Under the Sea” Bathroom: This bathroom has an enclosed shower, single sink vanity and toilet.

“Dalmatian” Bathroom: This bathroom has a bathtub/shower enclosure, single pedestal sink and toilet.

The living room has a large sectional couch, 1 cozy occasional chair, a 60” LCD HD Smart TV and an inviting gas fireplace. The dining area is connected to the living room and has available seating for 10. Plenty of space for special meals together or for a fun game of cards. A collection of board games is also available. Connected with both the living room and dining room is the newly remodeled, fully stocked, custom kitchen. The kitchen has lots of counter space and a large center island with seating for 3. There is plenty of room for multiple people to be working together, and because all of the living area is open, the cooks won’t miss any of the FUN! Through the kitchen is access to the game room with a Foosball table, air hockey table, and arcade games.

Our own “Neverland” looks out to the “Pirates Cove” backyard. This brand new, resort-style, private backyard includes a lagoon style salt water pool with a separate baja kiddie cove, extensive rock and waterfall features and a 25 foot long WATERSLIDE!! There is also an oversized inground Jacuzzi spa, BBQ, game area, and fire pit area. Optional pool gate is available upon request. This backyard is perfect for enjoying the beautiful, ideal southern Californian weather- year round! A great way to relax after a fun day at Disneyland!

Please note that we do have a ring doorbell as well as 3 security cameras outside the property. These cameras are in the front and backyard pool area. Security cameras are used for security purposes only and are not monitored otherwise.

Our home is thoroughly cleaned between each and every rental with an eye for even the smallest details. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible in our home away from home. You will find a comprehensive manual we’ve put together to make your stay as easy as possible. Maps, how-to instructions and local information will be included.

CLEANING DETAIL
Our cleaning team has always and will always do a full deep clean after every stay. Cleanings are either a team of 2 or 3 and average 5-8 hours depending. Below are some highlights that are in addition to the normal cleaning requirements.

• All parts of bathroom are thoroughly cleaned with bleach including but not limited to; shower walls, doors, floor and faucet, sink, cupboards inside and out, toilet, light switch, and all “touch” areas on door.

• Duvet covers are changed on all beds along with the sheets. Mattress is thoroughly sanitized before new sheets are put on.

• All “touch” areas in bedrooms are sanitized including but not limited to; light switches, door handles, other areas of the doors that are frequently touched, all drawers and cupboards inside and out.

• In kitchen all dishes in all cupboards are washed after every stay then put back in cupboards that have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out including all handles or knobs.

• Microwave and refrigerator are both fully cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Ice is thrown away and receptacle is cleaned.

• Every trash can receptacle is thoroughly cleaned inside and out after each stay.

• All “touch” areas around the house are sanitized including all light switches, remote controls, and doorknobs.

• Furniture is sanitized after each stay including but not limited to, couches, chairs, tables.

• All pool toys are sanitized after each stay as well as container they reside in.

• All floors are thoroughly cleaned a total of two times after each stay, bathroom floors are cleaned three times.
