In 2018 we renovated our small guest house that is walking distance to downtown, Compton Gardens, and Crystal Bridges. This small and quaint little cottage is our guest house on a perfect small town street. The front bedroom was upgraded, and the back bedroom was converted to a master bath, with a new shower and refurbished 100 year old claw tub. It will sleep two in the master bedroom. The new renovation has a tank-less water heater and stacked washer & dryer. Property includes WIFI and several premium channels for your entertainment. Enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning in the original kitchen nook of this comfortable little rental. Please be fully aware that this guest house sits on our main residence property, so you do share our yard. We want you to book us with full knowledge of the set up.
