Stayed Sep 23, 2025This is the second Pedal Inn that we have stayed at. Both have been great! Only feedback was the TV issues we had and we resolved by purchasing two Roku's. One important thing for my partner and based on his recommendation the home needs another coffee maker. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and the home fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This location was perfect for us. We could ride to at least one trail system from the house and everything else we needed was in close driving range. The house was set-up great, the neighborhood felt safe and the house. The house was clean and just as the listing stated. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 28, 2024We had a great time staying here on our trip to Bentonville. Location is great for access to some of the bike trails and especially the downtown area by the square. Would stay here again.
