This lovely home boasts of a large living room and kitchen and open floor plan with both granite breakfast bar and bathroom counters, two large couches, one rocker chair, a 50 inch tv, large wooden antique dining table with newly upholstered seats, wood-look tile, comfortable heat and air, ample lighting, new sliding glass door off the dining room. It has 3 bedrooms provided with tv's, wi-fi and internet, 2 bedrooms each offers a king size bed, one bedroom offers a queen with chest of drawers in each room. Blankets are provided. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. All kitchen dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses are provided. Breakfast is on your own. We also offer an oversized garage perfect for the cyclist. All rooms have been tastefully decorated.     This house is great for 3 couples as it has 2 King beds and 1 queen, 2 full baths and plenty of space in the living, dining and kitchen area. Full use of the garage was great for the bikes. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We only had 3 people and it was still affordable for us. Super close to Art Museum and Bike Trails. Also close to a variety of restaurants. I would stay here again.

    Nice place with large garage for bike storage. Small kitchen, but had everything we needed plus area to store our snacks. Just outside of downtown, but the whole family could still make the bike ride during the day with a lot of awareness for traffic. Really nice park/playground to the north that is connected by sidewalks.

    Owner does not know how to manage his property, does not have extra toilet paper on hand for visitors. Owner does not know how to operate the television in the bedroom, owner does not read any visitors notes. If he would take to read the notes, he would know that the air conditioner was going out.

    Pictures don't do the place justice. My family and I loved the house and really enjoyed our stay. The street the house is on is very quiet, the driveway was nice and wide and the garages are nice and clear for our bikes and scooters. We couldn't park in it because of the roof to box on our vehicle. The rooms were nice and clean and the living area has 2 very comfortable couches. The back yard is nice a big and the grill works great for our burgers and hot dogs night. We wouldn't hesitate staying there if and when we go back to Bentonville.
