Our home is designed to make you feel welcome in our natural and minimalistic atmosphere that is focused on simplicity and a calm environment. We focus on using all natural cleaning products to keep our house fresh and free of toxic chemicals and smells. We are family friendly, welcome children, & large friend groups so you can explore NWA!brbrA family friendly home that sleeps 10 people. Each bedroom has its own closet to store your luggage and items. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom with the king size bed along with a small work desk in the room. The queen bedroom, twin bedroom, and bunk bed room are located on the other end of the house with a hall full bathroom. The kitchen has an open view into the living room and has a small kitchen table that seats 6. The laundry room, with an ironing board and iron, is located right off the living room. There is an attached garage for you to store your bikes or gear. Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house on the road. Please do not park your vehicle in the garage unless asking host prior to doing so. There is a patio table on the deck in the backyard for you to enjoy. This home is located in a nice little neighborhood that is quiet and family friendly. There is a Walmart market less than a mile away from the house along with several other restaurants and stores. You’ll find this location is 2 miles from the Coler trail head and 4 miles from the downtown square and Slaughter pen trail head.brOther things to notebrWe are not responsible for your likes or dislikes of the wifi speed. The speed is 300mbps and works great in our opinion.brbrThe bunk bed room has a light/fan set up. Please do not turn the fan on if there are children (or even adults) sleeping on the top bunks. Use bunk beds at your own discretion.brbrThe TV is a smaller size, 32 inches. Please note this. If you choose to use the tv, please abstain from watching explicit content. Whether it's an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed, tv, and sitting chairs. There are 3 more rooms on the ground floor. Two of the rooms have Queen beds, one has a full size bed, and 2 bathrooms between them. There are no tv's in these rooms. There is a bonus room upstairs with 2 twin beds as well as a pull-out bed. We have several games up there along with a tv and planetarium to be enjoyed at night for a unique experience.brbrGuest Access:brYou will be able to access the entire house and yard except for 3 locked closets and 1 locked cabinet.brThere is a propane grill at the property for guest use.
