We have a red lip sofa on the front lawn and custom mural of the state flower, the Apple Blossom, along the shared driveway.brbrBriar Town is technically in downtown Bentonville, but quieter than downtown. This is a residential neighborhood in the heart of everything. It's the best of quiet and convenience. brbrWe are a 1-minute bike ride to the best mountain biking trails int he US, a 3-minute walk to Airship Coffee on A street, and 8-minute walk to the downtown.brbrGuest reviews:brbrI stay in a lot of AirBnBs when I travel because I usually bring my dog with me. This is far and away my favorite AirBnB I've ever stayed in. It's very centrally located - you can walk to the Bentonville Square and you're right next to walking and biking trails. I spent every morning behind the apartment watching birds and deer. It's super clean, so cozy, modern, and had everything I needed. The Highland Cow and sheep theme is so adorable, and I had to exercise extreme restraint not to take the fuzzy sheep stool home with me. I ground excellent fresh coffee beans, provided by the host, every morning for French Press coffee. They also have a Nespresso machine if that's your jam. All of the appliances are so easy to use and brand new. I'm obsessed with the faux fireplace that doubles as a space heater. The bed and pillows are luxuriously comfortable. The lighting is incredible -- if you're the type of person who doesn't like the big overhead light, this is the place for you. There are so many lamps with soft, warm lighting, and the bathroom lighting is like an influencer ring light -- so flattering. AND there are two mirrors that allow you to get super close if you wear makeup. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for an apartment of this size. The shampoo and soap provided by the host smells so amazing, as does the room spray. There's also a super adorable secret garden space out back that I unfortunately didn't utilize because of the weather, but would be so fun to hang out in when it's warm outside. I realize this sounds like someone was paid to write this, so to be fair, if I could change anything: I'd love a full-length mirror. But that's a very minor critique only to prove I'm a real-life person who can proudly proclaim with my whole chest: This place rules. You won't regret staying here. And if you do, you're wrong. I would love to stay here every single time I come to Bentonville.brbrCassie, March 2024brbrYou have one parking spot which is located parallel to our garage directly in front of the black and white sheep. If you have guests, please do not use the spot near the patio or the front of the house. That is reserved for the main house. Please do not block the driveway or park on our grass. Parking can be found down the street or ask us and if we have room, happy to accommodate. brbrIf you have a dog, you can use the dog lawn between the garage and main house as a pet relief area. brbrBikes can be securely locked in our garage. This space is shared with the house guests so we do not assume responsibility for stolen items although we've never had an issue.brbrYou also have access to a private secret garden with fountain, BBQ and art sculpture. That is private to The Loft only.brbrGarabage - Please do NOT use our neighbors bins behind their garage. Our bins are located behind black gates labelled trash/recycling behind OUR garage. You have to walk to the end to see them. brbrbrbrThe space feels like a downtown studio loft with high ceilings and painted wood floors. It’s bright and airy. It is tastefully decorated with high quality, custom furniture. Suitable for a couple with a small child or two friends for the weekend. Parking is outside in front of the apartment behind the main house. Driveway is shared with a neighbor.brbrIt’s best if you have a car to see NWA. However, if you are in town for a short stay, you can easily walk to town: 8-10-minutes to the square, restaurants and Crystal Bridges Museum. Uber is frequent though if you need a lift. Biking is preferred mode of transportation around town.brbrWe share our driveway with another family so be mindful of blocking their space. Please drive slowly as there may be other pets and children on the property. brbrHara Design is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our homes are also protected. The driveway is shared with our neighbors and other Airbnb guests (The Loft listing above the garage). Guests can use the bike wash station to the right of the garage and store bikes in our garage. Please keep the doors locked at all times. brbrParking - Please only use the two spots allotted to you - near the back patio and front of the house. Please do not park on our grass or block our neighbors from using their driveway. Additional parking can be found down the street if you have guests visiting. brbrbrbrWe have three floors. brbrThe main floor is for entertaining with open plan chef's kitchen, dining for 8-10, large living room with fireplace, private office, and powder room. We do not have blinds on the main floor except for the one directly facing our neighbor. There is also an enclosed front yard if you have pets and pet trash near the door along the side of the house.brbrThe second floor has a primary bedroom with adjoining and luxurious primary bath tub and walk-in shower and double vanity. The two guest rooms have queen beds with adjoining full bathroom (toilet and shower are in one room, double vanity in the other). They include dark blinds but they are not black out. The neighborhood is very dark at night so it has not been an issue.brbrThe third floor has a media room with an 88 TV (the only one in the house), music/meditation room and another full bathroom. That bathroom is a great option for the third bedroom on the second floor so they have their own bathroom but it is up a flight of stairs. brbrNote: We only have the one 88 TV, which is on the third floor. We have no plans of buying more TVs :) It's a design choice, but we like to be connected to our community and have chosen to keep it open. brbrWe have a shared driveway with our neighbors and the guests who rent The Loft apartment above our garage. You can also rent The Loft if you have additional guests or need additional parking. Please be respectful of sharing the driveway. You may park in the spot in front of the house and parallel to the patio in the rear of the house. Please do not park on the grass between the garages. If you have a third car you will have to park it behind your car on the driveway as long as it does not obstruct others or park it down the street if you can find parking at the church or Airship coffee. brbrbrbrWe recommend having a car but you can easily walk to town and bike pretty much everywhere. It's an 8 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to Airship coffee. 1 minute ride to the trails.brbrThe main house has two parking spots. One right in front and one in the back near the patio (park facing the fence please). The other spot on the driveway is reserved for our studio property, The Loft. If you have a large party, you can book The Loft as well.
