We love entertaining so welcome a good chat, but we’re also respectful of your privacy. Let us know what you need. We’re happy to oblige. We commute between Indy, CA and Bentonville so are not always on site.

You can’t miss us if you're driving along North Main Street. We have a red lip sofa on the front lawn and custom mural of the state flower, the Apple Blossom, along the shared driveway.

Briar Town is technically in downtown Bentonville, but quieter than downtown. This is a residential neighborhood in the heart of everything. It's the best of quiet and convenience.

We are a 1-minute bike ride to the best mountain biking trails int he US, a 3-minute walk to Airship Coffee on A street, and 8-minute walk to the downtown.

Guest reviews:

I stay in a lot of AirBnBs when I travel because I usually bring my dog with me. This is far and away my favorite AirBnB I've ever stayed in. It's very centrally located - you can walk to the Bentonville Square and you're right next to walking and biking trails. I spent every morning behind the apartment watching birds and deer. It's super clean, so cozy, modern, and had everything I needed. The Highland Cow and sheep theme is so adorable, and I had to exercise extreme restraint not to take the fuzzy sheep stool home with me. I ground excellent fresh coffee beans, provided by the host, every morning for French Press coffee. They also have a Nespresso machine if that's your jam. All of the appliances are so easy to use and brand new. I'm obsessed with the faux fireplace that doubles as a space heater. The bed and pillows are luxuriously comfortable. The lighting is incredible -- if you're the type of person who doesn't like the big overhead light, this is the place for you. There are so many lamps with soft, warm lighting, and the bathroom lighting is like an influencer ring light -- so flattering. AND there are two mirrors that allow you to get super close if you wear makeup. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for an apartment of this size. The shampoo and soap provided by the host smells so amazing, as does the room spray. There's also a super adorable secret garden space out back that I unfortunately didn't utilize because of the weather, but would be so fun to hang out in when it's warm outside. I realize this sounds like someone was paid to write this, so to be fair, if I could change anything: I'd love a full-length mirror. But that's a very minor critique only to prove I'm a real-life person who can proudly proclaim with my whole chest: This place rules. You won't regret staying here. And if you do, you're wrong. I would love to stay here every single time I come to Bentonville.

You have one parking spot which is located parallel to our garage directly in front of the black and white sheep. If you have guests, please do not use the spot near the patio or the front of the house. That is reserved for the main house. Please do not block the driveway or park on our grass. Parking can be found down the street or ask us and if we have room, happy to accommodate.

If you have a dog, you can use the dog lawn between the garage and main house as a pet relief area.

Bikes can be securely locked in our garage. This space is shared with the house guests so we do not assume responsibility for stolen items although we've never had an issue.

You also have access to a private secret garden with fountain, BBQ and art sculpture. That is private to The Loft only.

Garabage - Please do NOT use our neighbors bins behind their garage. Our bins are located behind black gates labelled trash/recycling behind OUR garage. You have to walk to the end to see them.

The space feels like a downtown studio loft with high ceilings and painted wood floors. It’s bright and airy. It is tastefully decorated with high quality, custom furniture. Suitable for a couple with a small child or two friends for the weekend. Parking is outside in front of the apartment behind the main house. Driveway is shared with a neighbor.

It’s best if you have a car to see NWA. However, if you are in town for a short stay, you can easily walk to town: 8-10-minutes to the square, restaurants and Crystal Bridges Museum. Uber is frequent though if you need a lift. Biking is preferred mode of transportation around town.

We share our driveway with another family so be mindful of blocking their space. Please drive slowly as there may be other pets and children on the property.

Hara Design is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our homes are also protected. Therefore, guests without prior reviews will be required to complete an additional identity verification process. In that case, you'll be contacted by our identity verification partner, Know Your Guest {Superhog} to complete some additional information.

We also have a non optional Accident Insurance Fee of $25 to cover any mishaps up to $500. So, you're covered for minor accidental damages.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Loft in Bentonville! The location was perfect. Close to the main square with outdoor events, restaurants/bars, unique shopping, grocery store, museums and trails. The studio is above the garage and it was easy to access and park our car. Accommodations were very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. Plenty of space for a couple and our dog. Price was perfect for the accommodations and allowed dogs. Way better than an hotel. Owners were helpful and checkin so easy. I had issues with the forms to be filled out online and links were not working so I had to type out the urls since in the app I couldn’t cut and paste. Eventually worked out fine. We highly recommend and will definitely book again! 10/10

Perfectly situation near downtown Bentonville, the Crystal Bridges museum, and several bike trails, this place is close to everything and anything you need whether you want to try some of the restaurants or stay in and cool. The place is modern, nicely furnished with a full kitchen, smart tv with plenty of apps, a nice big bathroom and a cozy bed. It was very clean and there's plenty of storage in the garage for bikes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others, especially fellow riders.

The property is just as it’s listed. Wonderful place to stay, great communication with the host, and we loved everything about it. We utilized the private patio every night. It was very quiet and included a wonderful waterfall garden area. We hope to be back in Bentonville and will definitely book this stay again!

I had the best experience staying here on my first solo trip to Bentonville. The home was spotless, cozy, safe and had everything you could need. The vibe was so inviting, and the private patio with a little water fountain made it extra relaxing. The location was great: just a few minutes up the road from downtown Bentonville. It’s somewhat walkable to downtown (limited sidewalks), but driving was super easy with plenty of parking available. If you’re more bike-savvy than I am, biking would also be a great option.Parking is really best for one vehicle. It worked perfectly for me as a solo traveler, but if you’re bringing multiple cars, it can be a little tight — especially since another group could be renting the neighboring home (Beryl West). Just something to keep in mind out of respect for the neighbors.A highlight of my stay was being able to add on a day pass to BlakeSt. House (members only club). It was so nice to relax by the pool, try some incredible food and drinks, and hangout with the locals. If you book your trip in advance, I’d recommend calling ahead to reserve spa services since they fill up quickly.Overall, this place is a gem — cozy and homey for a solo traveler, but also a sweet getaway spot for a couple. I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Loft in Bentonville, Arkansas, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken in every detail of the space. The decor strikes a perfect balance between stylish and cozy, making it feel like a true retreat rather than just a rental. The Loft is impeccably appointed — everything I needed was right at my fingertips, from thoughtful amenities to a well-stocked kitchen. It’s also wonderfully private, offering a peaceful and quiet environment that made it easy to relax and unwind after exploring Bentonville. Whether you're visiting for the Crystal Bridges Museum, biking the trails, or just looking for a tranquil getaway, The Loft offers an elevated experience in every sense.

The Loft was a great place to stay for two people. It was a cozy and quiet, fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking anything easy. Could securely store our bikes in the garage, was located close to trails, and while we didn't need the bike wash, it looked like it would have been useful. So many small details made it comfortable. My only request would be for a place to store things, like a set of drawers and a small table in the bathroom for toiletries. We ended up with a lot of piles of things around unless they could be hung up in the closet.
