Awesome/Perfect set up for a weekend of mountain biking! Being able to bike in and out from the Slaughter Pen system was amazing! Maximizes time for riding and place was a perfect size for the two of us!

Everything was wonderful from the host messaging early to welcome us and offering recommendations to the home itself. The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures and was very comfortable. It was out first stay in a tiny home, but my husband and I had plenty of room. The host included a notebook with recommendations for bike trails, places to eat, places to shop, everything we needed. We would stay again!

We had a great stay. Property is exactly as posted on VRBO. Communication with the owner is clear, fast. Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.

The Drop Inn was a delight! Brad and Maria have all the details covered from the bike themed accents, awesome recommendations for biking/hiking trails, restaurants and things to do. Our favorite part was spent cooking on the fire, watching the fireflies at dusk and listening to the wind blowing through the tree tops.

My husband and I stayed several nights and found the location ideal for our love of mountain biking as it was near enough to “drop in” and go explore the Slaughterpen trails. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a couple of nights by the fire. The host was great with staying in contact and clarifying any concerns. My only hesitation for a second stay would be the lofted bed area. Although comfortable, crawling into bed and out wasn't always easy on our post-workout bodies! Otherwise it was great and the shed for hanging and washing bikes was an excellent bonus!! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, used the firepit and watched the bikers on the trail. Slept well in the quiet neighborhood listening to the roaring winds. Bentonville square is under construction and sadly losing it quaint vibes with modern architecture but shops and food still great. For the price, would have liked to have bikes available for guests and the cleaning fees are high.

We came to Bentonville specifically to ride the Greenway bike trail. First, the trail was amazing even with the construction in and around Bentonville, and the hard working crews trying to clean up after the tornadoes. The tiny house is in a great location close to the trail and close to the downtown area where there are so many restaurants and shopping. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone riding the trails or just visiting!

Perfect place just off the beaten path to be close to biking and hiking trails! Busy weekend in NWA, but getting in and out of the area was easy. Not for folks with mobility or claustrophobic issues, but we loved it and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The place is a tiny house in a backyard. It’s right next to the woods, and we saw some baby deer as we arrived. The hosts are great and have good products to use, with a goodie basket. It was raining out, and the host was great and let us come early. The AC works great, shower gets hot, and there are a few extras like Edison lights and a fire pit. Great place for a get away.

The property was clean and in great condition. It was right of a biking/hiking trail which was fantastic! Maria was super helpful in finding trails to ride that were open. Tornados came through 10 prior to our visit so not all trails were open due to down trees. Despite that it was a great stay in a wonderful area.
