Here, you'll find a large blue couch, two orange lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV and wood-burning stove (currently inoperable)! The tree house comes complete with a private, heated pool; a stone fire place, cornhole, and 4 bikes, and more. brbrThis is the ideal place to entertain a small event or take a get away vacation without having to sacrifice the accessibility of the city. brbrThe outdoor patio and pool area is enclosed by iron fencing, and feature a beautiful waterfall flowing into the heated pool. There is a full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill with an attachable rotisserie, covered patio, and large TV.brbrThe attached ground level house has a full bathroom and the couch in the living room can pull out into a queen sized bed, which has a custom quality mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is a full kitchen and spiral stairs leading to the loft bedroom above, which has a queen sized bed as well. Off of the kitchen there is an arcade game room and an in-unit washer and dryer. brbrThe Tree House has a wooden staircase leading up to the entrance and deck, which leads to a wooden swinging bridge that connects to the raised outdoor lounging area with a built in hammock off to the side. brbrInside the tree house there is a full kitchen and a full bathroom. The living room has an easy pulldown twin-sized murphy bed, and we also tucked in a queen sized air mattress and electric pump underneath the window seat in case you have extra guests. brbrThe tree house living room has a comfortable seating area, and cozy electric fire feature. Beside the couch, there's a small bar cabinet with glasses and a shaker, and the garage door wall opens to the patio where there is a bar cart with 4 additional chairs. brbrThe bar cart has fold out wings to make the table top bigger, so we included a foldout poker table top, a full poker set, checker and chess for you to enjoy as well. All of these games can be located below the bar cabinet in the living room. The ladder in the living room leads to the loft bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, half bathroom and small patio only accessible through the loft. brbrInside the fenced in area below, there is an outdoor fire pit underneath the pergola, a seasonally heated pool, 4 bikes, and cornhole games. Welcome to “The Central Spot” located in the heart of downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. A quick 20 second drive, or few minutes walk and you’ll be at the historic square where you’ll find a variety of eateries, pubs, museums, and more. Our three story, 3,520 sqft luxury vacation rental boasts five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and will sleep up to 16 guests. brbrLocated on the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, smart flat screen TV, his and her bathrooms with separate vanity areas and separate walk in closets. The his and her vanity areas are separated by large, dual shower with a total of four shower heads. Spare bedroom #1 is also located on the first floor, and it has a queen size bed, smart flat screen TV, and adjoins to the second bathroom on the first level. Just outside of spare bedroom #1 you’ll find a writing desk/work area for those in town for business, or those who need to catch up on emails. brbrThe living room is equipped with a large, leather sectional, a smart flat screen tv, a sound bar, gas fireplace, and a built in Sonos speaker system. Guests will need to access the Sonos app on their smartphones to play music directly through the Sonos app, or by Bluetooth through their preferred music streaming service. brbrThe kitchen and dining areas are also located on the first floor. In the kitchen you will find a built in Bosch coffee maker, a dual coffee maker that can brew k cups, or a pot of coffee, industrial sized Kitchen Aide side by side refrigerator, a gas top Kitchen Aide stove and oven combo, and a wine cooler. The dining table will seat up to 12, and there is seating for an additional four to six at the kitchen island. Also in the dining area is a small lounge section with a soft velvety sofa, and a swivel chair. brbrYou can take the custom spiral staircase to floors two and three, or you can take the elevator. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, and bathroom number three. Spare bedroom #2, and spare bedroom #3 each have a queen size bed, and a smart flat screen TV. Spare bedroom #4 was designed for the young, or young at heart. It has a queen over queen bunk bed, and two full sized CordaRoy’s (convertible bean bag beds). It also has a smart flat screen TV, and an arcade gaming machine. brbrOn the third floor you will find a half bath, and access to our rooftop patio. The rooftop patio will not disappoint! Besides the incredible views of downtown Bentonville, you can cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, live stream the game on the smart flat screen tv, grill your favorites on the built in propane grill, or gather for drinks around the gas fire pit. The rooftop patio has a small refrigerator, seating for 16, a built in sound system, grilling utensils, and an outdoor sink. brbrYou will find several more gathering places around the exterior of The Central Spot. You can swing from the egg chair on the front porch and watch the passers by, or hang out of the back patio where you’ll find another gas grill.
