Heated and surrounded by a privacy wall with a covered outdoor room for watching the pool activities or relaxing at night under the dimmed outdoor lighting.brThere are actually 3 separate outdoor patios, 2 with are covered. One has an outdoor dining table.brMountain views can be found both in the front and back of the property.brThis is a 1.5 acre property for privacy, and some of the largest organ cactus found in Tucson. The front door has keyless entry for your convenience. The neighborhood is centrally located and close to everything! Walk to the UOFA, Circle K, 7/11, and many restaurants. There is a fry's grocery store and a CVS drugstore that you can drive to in under 5 minutes.brbrNo smoking inside, you may smoke outside if you like. The home is backed onto Park Ave so there is some traffic during the day and lots of students walking to and from school.
