Stayed May 14, 2025We rented both A and B for our Daughter’s U of A graduation and were very happy with our stay. The houses were very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, walking distance to the University.

Stayed Nov 28, 2024Perfect spot to explore the university , walk to a football game and access Tucson. House was great, comfortable beds and living spaces. We loved the outdoor space to play cornhole and BBQ dinner. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Great location for us — very central. Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Walking distance to U of A main campus with coffee shop, brew pub, and other conveniences in walking distance. Pretty cool just to walk around the neighborhood and check out the houses and AZ landscaping. If there are several in your group, consider getting the adjoining rental, too. Only one bathroom with the “A” bldg rental. Bldg's A and B share a backyard.

Stayed Aug 15, 2023We rented this charming and well-equipped home for my husband and I to get our Wild Cat settled. The three of us stayed here 3 days while washing and drying and preparing for freshman move in. It had lots of room, comfortable beds, an alarm, great a/c and is so close to campus. Easy running back and forth to get acquainted with campus. Close to everything. Love the decor. Julie responded quickly to questions. We will stay here again!
