Essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, some herbs and spices and coffee, trash bags and zip lock bags are available for your use. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cups and flatware, and a set of plastic dining plates, bowls, cups and flatware for children. The house is very well appointed for Holidays and entertaining.brbrThere is a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets available. There is a well stocked laundry room, with washer, dryer, detergent and dryer sheets, an ironing board and iron. Each bathroom has toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels. The upstairs bathrooms have bath towels, pool towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer.brbrThere are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers in place.brbrBEDROOMS - - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with comfortable rustic southwestern style decor. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for the warm nights and an extra blanket and comforter for the cooler nights. brbrThe Main ensuite bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and a balcony with beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains, there are chairs out there so you can sit and enjoy the view. The ensuite bathroom has twin sinks, a bath and a shower. The two guest bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. The house comfortably sleep 6 people and there are also additional sleeping arrangements as described below. brbrADDITIONAL SLEEPING - - There is a fold away twin size bed, with a thick and comfortable memory foam Lucid mattress measuring 73 x 36 inches with a weight rating of up to 350lbs and also a lightweight, easy to carry single folding mattress, measuring 75 x 31 inches, to accommodate two extra guests. There is also a pack n play with sheets for a baby/small child available.brbrOUTDOOR LIVING - - The backyard is fully fenced and is very suitable for pets. There are multiple outside seating areas and two sun loungers overlooking the private pool. The pool has a heater which is available for use with an additional fee of $50 per day on request for the cooler months. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and serviced weekly (on Tuesdays). The hot tub has an easy lift for the cover, making it easy to pull back the cover and jump in for some R&R time! There is no additional fee to use the hot tub and it is heated and ready to use year round. brbrYou can relax on the outdoor covered patio area overlooking the pool, which has an outdoor dining table with comfortable seating for 6, an outdoor light and a misting system for the warmer days. brbrThere is a propane grill available for you to use, and a fire pit table with seating around it, plus a propane space heater for the colder months. Propane is provided. The back patio has recently been resurfaced with a no-slip, cool deck surface. brbrThere is a lemon tree that produces lots of fruit in the fall. The backyard is really well stocked with mature plants and has a section of artificial turf, which makes it feel very green, serene, comfortable and secluded. The yard backs up to a wash where you'll see lots of wildlife, including quail, rabbits, squirrels, Javelinas, Coyotes, Bob Cats, Harris and Coopers Hawks, and occasionally a giant owl! brbrTHE NEIGHBORS AND PARKING - - The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the neighbors are friendly. There is off-street parking on the driveway for two vehicles and space in the garage for one vehicle. No parking on the street at any time please - the additional parking is on the road opposite the church or in the church parking lot. No trailers, recreational or utility vehicles can be parked outside the property due to HOA restrictions, those can be parked in the church parking lot. The garage is also available for you to park one vehicle. brbrNo loud noise outside after 9pm please, this is a quiet family neighborhood.
