The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bath. The kitchen has all that is needed to prepare your meals if you choose. You may eat in the dining room or the screened patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience so you can pack light if traveling by air. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, chair, and 2 ottomans. There is a new smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV provided and you can use your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu account to watch your favorite shows or movies. Both bedrooms have Roku channels and you may sign-in to your streaming accounts. There is Wi-Fi Internet services as well. We have spent a lot of time creating a nice cozy space so our guests can have a place to unwind after a day of touring, traveling, hiking, golfing or exploring. We want to make sure who ever stays here will feel it's perfectly normal to take a nap on the couch or pour a glass of wine and sit on the patio and rest. We have provided 2 tennis racquets, two pickleball paddles, and 2 hiking belts in the guest closet so you have some additional activity options during your stay.
