The spacious granite kitchen and breakfast bar are pretty and clean with a gas cooktop and the plentiful cabinets are filled with quality housewares, small appliances and gadgets. Come and relax in our pool, spa and wonderfully landscaped back yard. There are even 6 citrus trees seasonally loaded with oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes. Set a tee time at one of the local golf courses and enjoy the convenience of using my golf cart or stroll along the walking trails and enjoy scurrying quail, hopping bunnies and abounding songbirds and desert flowers. This home away from home is relaxing and private. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private pool. The yard is beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, and much more makes the outside living area quiet and peaceful. Our home has a very open spacious floor plan that was remodeled in Dec. 2020 and January 2021. We have very comfortable seating that will make you feel right at home. A perfect place to enjoy privacy and comfort both inside and out. The pool can't be heated most of November, all of December, all of January and part of February because it is heated by a heat pump and the temperature must consistently be above 45 all night long.brbrOur home is available for long weekends or 3 - 4 week stays. brbrThe great room has a big screen TV as well as the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. The master bedroom and the great room have sliders to the covered patio which has soft seating, table and chairs, reclining loungers, ceiling fans, roll down shades and much more. During fruit producing months, enjoy oranges, tangelos, lemons, limes and grapefruit off our trees.brbrEnjoy the big screen TV and WI FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with most things you will need including a Kehrig and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed, separate bathroom area, shower and a large vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 double beds sleeping 8 very comfortably. The other bathroom has a nice shower with a bathtub. The great room has a wonderful dining area and the kitchen has a breakfast nook. Enjoy outside cooking on the barbeque on the back patio.brbrThere is a garage door opener for you to use as long as previous renters have returned it. The owners do have their personal van parked in the garage.brbrCottonwood is a private club with an 18 hole golf course, driving range, dining areas, a lounge, 3 pools, a hot tub, workout room, tennis courts and more. Renters can get 2 renters passes for $250. You just need to show one renters pass for several to use the pool, dinner etc. green fees are separate.brbrChandler/Sun Lakes has great shopping, 10 golf courses within 15 minutes, shopping malls, movie theatres, great restaurants, sporting events, hiking, biking, spas and much more.
