We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.br- Please keep in mind if something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know upon the day you check in. We will make sure to make it right. We cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc., but we promise that we will act on it immediately and find a resolution ASAP.
