We were completely satisfied with the most beautiful home. It was incredibly well appointed. We needed nothing more. We only wished we had planned for a longer stay. We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Sedona home! The views of the red rocks from the patio were even better than the pictures. The location is perfect—quiet, yet within walking distance/a short drive to great hiking trails and restaurants. The house was impeccably clean, well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the quiet nights for stargazing and the fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

The stay was amazing - the place is cozy and the layout is extremely well thought out. The patio is a great place to unwind and the red rock views were beautiful as pictured.The walk at the end of the street was fun and one can access additional hiking trails.Access to uptown restaurants is a 2 minute drive.Overall a great experience and would certainly re-visit.

Beautiful spacious house with well thought details and well appointed. Very large living and dining areas with nice views of the red rocks. Also very nice large wrap around back decks and well manicured green back yard. And it was nice to have use of the garage. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to Sedona Heritage Museum. We will definitely stay again!

A beautifully appointed home in a quiet area with magnificent views of the red rocks from the living area as well as 2 of the bedrooms. The home is immaculate and kitchen well stocked. The hosts were responsive to all inquiries prior to our stay. Perfect home for family gatherings, couples retreat, etc.

Perfect for our girls weekend! The hosts thought of everything we could have needed down to supplying coffee and tea. The place was spotless. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. Plenty of comfy blankets for the couch. Beautiful outdoor space. Clear instructions for everything. And above all else - a great location and GORGEOUS VIEWS! Highly recommend.

Fabulous property! We truly enjoyed our time in Sedona!!

We stayed at the property for a family wedding weekend. Our group of adult children, parents and one teenager had a great visit. The master suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms which was a good setup since the kids like to stay up later! We enjoyed doing puzzles and playing games at the big dining table and doing some quick hikes from the trails that are within walking distance. Everything was clean and very organized.

We enjoyed the property very much. I think the description of the property was accurate. However, I think the steepness of the driveway, while not a problem for us, should be prominently mentioned in the description. Also, a mention of the quality of cell service would be nice. I have an elderly mother I was monitoring via my sister. Cell service varied from VG to nothing. We had 3 cell phones with service by AT&T, Verizon, & T-Mobile. Would we stay here again? Yes! The property is very clean, comfortabe, has a great yard, & has great views.

A great house! Great location (The pictures they've posted on their ad don't do the views justice. You're RIGHT next to some amazing red rock mountains!) We went for a hike at the top of Airport Rd. and realized that the mountains we saw from up there were the mountains behind this lovely house. The house was very clean and very well equipped. We went with another couple, brother & his wife, and what was cool is that we each had our own, separate wing of the house. (With bedroom & bathroom in each wing) I love my brother and wife but it was cool to have some space. The bathrooms were nice and big and clean and the water pressure was great!! (I've had many vacations ruined by weak water pressure..... The house is also in a GREAT location. Quite neighborhood and only 3 minutes from town and only 6 minutes from one of the best restaurants in the world, Mariposa. (And only 10 minutes away from an amazing coffee & donut place, Sedonuts.) It's also close to LOTS of great hiking trails. When we go back to Sedona we're NOT going to look for another place, we're staying here!!

Our daughter lives in Phoenix so we flew in and drove to Sedona for a little time together. My 88 year old mother in law, my husband, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in an ideal location, it was clean and safe, they provided coffee and had laundry. We would definitely like to return.

Excellent house for our 5 person hike team. Beautiful back-deck view and great accommodations. Would've rated 5 stars if wifi was more reliable, grass needed to be mowed to enjoy the lawn more. Thank you!!

We arrived on Friday with wedding festivities that evening. The host and cleaning crew were great, even accommodating us a tad early so we could be on time to our event. Our accommodations were plenty for our group of four, with easy driving to and from each planned activity. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and an evening read in the beautiful scenery that this cozy home is in. We ate most meals out, although there was a full well equipped kitchen. Third time in Sedona and second stay in this lovely property. Home was very clean, well-maintained and in a GREAT location within easy walking distance to Uptown Sedona. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient; Very quiet neighborhood (except for the coyotes at night) with some stunning views of the red rocks. Sedona is a magical place; glad we made a return visit to this lovely home.

What a fabulous property! We immediately felt at home and, as others have said, the views are spectacular and it was as clean a home as we’ve ever experienced. Very highly recommend, and we made sure we left it as we found it so we can return!

This house was perfect for three couples to stay and celebrate a birthday with friends. The beds are comfy and we wanted a warm and cozy living room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. The location was perfect! We hiked right from the house, walked to dinner and enjoyed a pink jeep tour within five minutes from the house. Everything was perfect!

My Daughter, Granddaughter, and I loved our stay at this house. The view was amazing. Location was great. House is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Only negative was the horrible smell of something burning when we arrived. It permeated the entire house. We think the house cleaner had set the oven to self clean and this caused the odor. It was better the second day.

Beautifully decorated and attention to detail with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing! Close to town and all the hiking we needed was within a 30 minute drive.

The property is near the uptown area with restaurants and shops. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable patio chairs and chaise lounge chairs. The great room also had plenty of room to relax. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. The bedroom layout was perfect for us with a king master for my daughter and another bedroom with queen bed for my 18yr old grandson, and on the opposite side of the home was another king bed master for myself and husband. Kitchen and pantry were well stocked with dishes, serving items and small appliances. This immaculate home was warm and inviting and we all felt at home during our 3-night stay.
