Visit Sedona in our brand new, two bedroom downstairs suite with private hot tub! Sip coffee to the red rock mountains and sunrise, relax and unwind in the hot tub under the stars, kick back on our luxurious sofas with our 55-inch 4K TV, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in our cozy, cool bedrooms. We’d be delighted to host you!

Private hot tub for your stay! Lay back and enjoy the Sedona outdoors as you relax and unwind in the bubblingspa, located in the private, fenced patio with chairs and soft bistro lights for perfect Sedona evenings.

—Neighborhood—
We are tucked into a quiet, residential West Sedona neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Sedona landscape of lush greenery and red rocks. Gaze at Coffee Pot Rock from the patio and backyard, and hike the Sugarloaf Trailhead just next to our home. Just under a mile from groceries, coffee, restaurants, and shopping in West Sedona, and a 10 minute drive to Sedona Main Street.

We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•French Door refrigerator
•Oven with electric stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
Other kitchen necessities include griddle, blender, hand mixer, toaster, a high chair, and eating essentials for children.

•Main Bedroom - King bed, mounted TV, mirrored closet with hangers, ceiling fan, blinds, black-out curtains
•Second Bedroom - Queen bed and bunk bed with two twin beds, mirrored closet with hangers, ceiling fan, blinds, black-out curtains
•Pack n play available at all times
Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

55-inch 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 150 mbps! Additional private TV in the main bedroom.

—Bathroom—
The bathroom has an extra large tiled shower and tub combo with large rain shower head, and dual sink vanity. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Patio and Backyard—
•Private, shaded, and fenced patio for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors of Sedona with private hot tub, table and chairs, BBQ grill, and soft bistro lights for evening leisure.
•Backyard is the only shared amenity with the upstairs unit that has a beautifully green artificial lawn for playing, relaxing, and hanging out complete with tables and chairs.

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Additional—
This is the downstairs unit of our vacation home, as our home has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units. We have quiet hours from 9:00pm - 7:00am to ensure the best stay for both units, and have heavily insulated the floor in between the units for maximum sound proofing.

As this is our personal vacation home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be.
