Several Sedona landmarks can be seen from the property. brbrSomething special about our location: Sage Cottage is only 150 steps (count them ;) to the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park. The 'stoopa' is a unique area adorned with prayer flags and meditation spots. And it connects to some of the best trails in Sedona. (Please follow their signs and respect this special area.)brbrBoth bedrooms are connected to a bathroom. The kitchen is stocked to the max. Our A/C is excellent. We have plenty of pillows and bedding and games (and movies). Our information book is full of pictures and ideas and house details, and is updated regularly.brbrSedona is dog-friendly and we happily welcome pets. That said, not all pets make good guests. Our furniture and bedding are light in color, and our yard has no grass and is only partially fenced. There are no cameras in the private spaces inside or in the private backyard areas. While these cameras are not actively monitored, they do continuously record both audio and video, 24/7. We take your privacy seriously and ask that you do not tamper with, cover, or disable any security cameras or the Wi-Fi system.brbrWiFi: This home has the best WiFi available in Sedona; however, internet speed and service in Sedona aren’t generally as fast and reliable as in major cities. While we don’t typically have any issues, we do want to let you know in case that might impact your trip.brbrPests: Please note that due to its location in the desert, we have occasional visits from critters (insects, rodents, etc.). We have regular pest control, but please keep doors and windows closed to prevent unwanted guests.brbrMaintenance: Our property receives regular maintenance to keep everything in top condition. Gardeners visit for weekly landscaping on Mondays, and our hot tub undergoes routine servicing the same day. If you are staying on a Monday, please be aware that our hot tub technician and gardeners will access the backyard during the day for maintenance. Trash collection also takes place on Mondays. Our concierge service will bring the trash cans from behind the fence to the street and return them once collection is complete.
