This loft style home is a perfect romantic getaway! Near to shopping and hiking!

This was the perfect place for us during our time in Sedona. The property was clean and comfortable, and the owners were super kind and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay!

What a lovely stay in beautiful Sedona! To start, the house was ready at check-in time. We walked in and you could smell it had been cleaned with care. The amenities provided was everything we needed including quality shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer. We absolutely loved the microfiber towels!! The other bath towels were so soft and absorbant! The two full size beds were very comfortable. A wonderful treat was the 1/4 mile walk behind the house to the Broken Arrow trailhead for some beautiful hiking and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and other points of interest. Our host was very accessible if we had a question and very helpful and accomodating. The gravel driveway had glow in the dark stones that were beautiful to see during our stargazing nights. We would definately stay here again!

Nice property and location.

Great little place located close to trails! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I on our weekend getaway. It’s located close to town but without all the hustle and bustle of uptown. It was about 5-10 minute drive to Cathedral Rock and about 10-15 minutes to uptown depending on traffic.

We were welcomed as soon as we pulled up by the owner who was very helpful! This place was just perfect and if i ever return i will return to here! They provided necessities like paper towels..shampoos conditioner and toilet paper..grounds and property were clean and safe and so cozy. Beds were super comfy ..new coffee maker and plenty to cook with! Elephant mountain right behind the house was just stunning..i never found the trailhead but did take so many pics! 7 min drive from town and every location i wanted to go was under 20 mins away! The most stunning vacation ive ever taken and just heaven on earth. Owners were so easy to reach and responded immediately when there were any questions. Overall 10/10 seriously..just perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with me!

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location for hikers. Easy access to several trails! The amenities were ample and the host was responsive and kind. We will be back!

Very nice, secluded location and a trailhead is within walking distance. Great place. Only suggestion is to make it more clear the stairs to the loft are pretty steep. The beds are up there so anyone with some mobility challenges might not be comfortable getting up there.

Shops, town, hiking all nearby. The house was great for pur family.

This property was exactly what we were looking for our girls trip. Close to town, trails right around the corner, clean and well appointed. Leaving made me sad. It was close to town and easy access to leave town at the end of the weekend because you are also on the edge to avoid traffic. We had an issue with the access code and the manager answered right away and fixed it under 30 seconds. Great stay overall.

Perfectly located home with all the amenities needed for a successful stay away from home. Very close to a few trails, walk from the house is easier than trying g to find a parking spot. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The internet while watching tv, kept going out so we would have to log back in continually. Didn't like the layout, very strange in kitchen and bathroom not ideal being downstairs. Every time I laid on the couch, would start itching. Felt like it needed to be cleaned. I did like the location for shopping and hiking.

This lovely hideaway exceeding our expectations! Everything was as portrayed and stated in the listing…but even better in person. The beds comfortable, the atmosphere SOOO serene, and the views incredible! (Not to mention how clean everything was!) We had everything we needed and any questions were met with a quick response from the property management. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Even the Javelina that visited us our first morning and the two Deer added to the great energy and ambience! Thank you!!

This property was the perfect hideaway just minutes from the bustling center of Sedona. Quiet enough to hear the coyotes at night. Short walk to beautiful Broken Arrow trailhead and stunning views. It was the perfect location to enjoy all the diverse landscapes, activities, and culture of Arizona.

Cute loft, was clean and perfect for a little getaway!

A fabulous clean and comfy home base in a quiet, safe neighborhood offset from the main drag, yet still in the heart of Sedona and the center of our explorations. Even more is the short walk to a trailhead and direct access to the red rocks where we enjoyed glorious views, picnics and dancing under the full moon.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was central to all the places we wanted to visit! It also served as a cozy stay-in when the snow came! Communication with the host was fast and helpful!

Very nice little house. Quiet neighborhood with lots of stars at night. We were there for our anniversary and when we walked in there were treats, a nice card and some Sedona magnets as a gift. Felt very welcome. Close to everything.

Quiet, cozy, and well equipt loft home.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet, with good views of nearby red rock cliffs and a sense of freedom and peace. The cottage is comfortable and ample for two. There is a barbecue which we used (needed to wash the grills), and we also cooked inside. The road into Sedona was usually very busy, and the car parks at most trail heads were usually full, so we were delighted to find we were only a 10 minute walk from the Broken Arrow trail head, which we walked in opposite directions twice, the second time Extending to High on the Hog trail. Both give amazing views. Re sleeping arrangements the beds were very comfortable. They are on a mezzanine reached by a short set of steep stairs. These need to be negotiated for the bathroom. My one suggestion is that some lamps be installed in the living area to enable a softer warmer feel in the evening. Overall highly recommend.

Nice place, great location, convenient to everything.

We really enjoyed the location. The neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to relax. We were so close to some great hiking trails which was a plus given how challenging parking was all over Sedona during Thanksgiving week. A real treat was how nice it was to go to bed in the loft. you could look out the windows and see all of the bright stars above. It was perfect to see that before falling asleep.

Absolutely no complaints about this lovely little place, tucked away within steps of a BEAUTIFUL hiking trail! It was exactly what we were looking for, for our little 2 day Sedona trip!

A clean little loft house away from downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a couple trail heads with a half mile walk of the house. We made breakfast each morning in the small but comfortable kitchen. Then we were out for the day. At night, we walked down to the trails to get out in the real dark for sunset and to view the stars. So cool. Great communication with the owner. We recommend this house.

Amazing experience

Great stay… I will say the steps were a bit steep.. But all in all a great experience

Pros: Good location, quiet, good parking. Cons: No dishwasher. No garbage disposal. Three of the five baseboard electric heaters didn't work. Stairs to loft bedroom had a steep pitch and had narrow treads. Think ships ladder. High windows had no blinds - if you're light sensitive, this is not good. Dinner table had no light over it and had to be pulled out of a cramped corner for use. Shower has pebble floor, which is hard on people with foot trouble. Lastly, there was no instructions binder, so the guest has to guess about things like light switch function (switches are not labeled). But we made it all work for us.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights. It was the perfect place!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this lofted guest house, located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of one of Sedona's downtowns. We didn't arrive until about 10:30pm the first night - and just before getting to the house, saw some unique wildlife - their local not pig pigs. When we got out of the car, the first thing we saw was an expansive night sky, the Milky Way (no way!) - and then a MASSIVE shooting star! Seemed like an omen for a great stay, of which it absolutely was. Our contact (whom I assume was the owner) was incredibly responsive and had a great sense of humor, and was great. Looks like there is a main house that's for rent, as well, and our contact was nice enough to send over the link for us to take a peek at - and it was gorgeous. Already chatting with family to see if we can make a group trip out there together. All in all - the space was perfect for the two of us. Loved the location. Was quiet. Great views of the night sky (and every night we went over to Aerie and layed on the pavement for a few hours to scope tons of shooting stars). Couldn't have been much better of a trip! My daughter and I had a wonderful time and very pleasant experience! There is a wonderful hike very close by. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, which was disappointing, and the toaster didn't work, but I still give it 5/5 stars! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Sedona!
