Home away from home! Very quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out. The home is very clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable, with very soft comfortable sheets. Everything you need is supplied: towels, wash cloths, extra blankets, hangers, hair blower, kitchen cooking utensils, and much more. Located near restaurants, and grocery stores literally just around the corner. The outside landscaping is amazing and the large, covered porch is beautiful and comfortable.

This property was beyond expectations. It was so welcoming with all the comforts of home and in a beautiful location with trails within walking distance. The hosts were great at communicating and very informative and welcoming as well. We have already booked out second stay here.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a huge porch overlooking the famous red rocks. Owners have made the stay pleasant, as everything is labeled and detailed instructions are included in a reference book. The kitchen big and is well appointed. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the retro feel to this home. My son, husband, and I felt instantly relaxed and were able to settle in quickly. The location was conveniently located to trails and the neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed for our three day stay.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to hiking trails and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Everything is well marked and appreciated the hiking poles that were available to use. Would book again.

Absolutely had a great time and pleased with the property overall. Well appointed kitchen, could use a juicer of some sort. Plenty of pots, pans, lids, plates, bowls, etc. We really enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the protected back deck. Lots of birds and a very peaceful setting and neighborhood. Hosts were extremely available and helpfull.

Really enjoyed the home. It had a retro vibe to it very comfortable with all the amenities. This is by far the best stock home that I have ever stayed at. Everything from extra sheets blankets, eight extra pillows and when you moved to the kitchen it was fully stocked the cabinet with cups glasses, spices, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking items.etc.The out door space was great, the large oversized cover patio was great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening, we ate all our meals outside, make the most of the beautiful weather. Communication was great as well.

We have stayed here several times and it is always wonderful. This property is a love letter to Sedona. The colors are the beautiful blue Sedona sky and the orange of the beautiful rock formations at sunset. There is nothing more special than coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The scenery is spectacular. The location is perfect and has everything you will need for a Sedona experience.

Sedona Sage Cottage was a perfect home for myself, niece and her husband visiting Sedona for a few days. Great location to trails and the Stupa, and short drive to restaurants, groceries and such. The house was exactly as listed— super clean and well organized. Appreciated all the small personal touches that made it homey. Communication with Brad and Tina was clear and timely. Would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, had more then enough towels and bedding. A lot of information about areas to explore. Wonderful outdoor space. Would stay there again.

We loved the house, it was clean and had everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and lots of dishware and mugs and glasses. We loved all the outdoor space this place has the back porch is wonderful to relax and enjoy a class of wine on!

Our family of four stayed at this lovely home in Sedona late May. The booking process was seamless. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. The home is beautiful, lovely colorful decorations and decor. Generously stocked- had everything we needed and was diligently labeled so you knew where to find everything. The owners have created such warm spaces to visit, play games, watch tv, or stargaze. They also offer lots of suggestions on how to make Sedona the perfect trip for you. Just top-notch. I appreciate you sharing your home with us.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely home for 3 night's. It was very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet area of Sedona. There was plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a large covered deck.The location was ideal as you could walk to many of the hiking trails.Would highly recommend Sage Cottage!DJ Howie

We found this home to be the perfect vacation home. It is spacious, comfortable, practical and lovely. It has everything we needed; the kitchen is well supplied; everything is extremely well organized. It is on the quietest street I have ever stayed on. The view from the deck is lovely. We really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck, looking out on the mountains. The location is absolutely gorgeous and so convenient. Thunder Mountain is behind the home, and it’s 5-10 minutes walk to hiking trails to Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. The Safeway Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Gas stations are close. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The home is in Western Sedona, away from the traffic madness of Uptown Sedona. All major sightseeing destinations are within a short drive. We really and truly enjoyed staying at this vacation home. Thank you, Brad and Tina, for a wonderful stay!!!

This is our go-to place when hiking in Sedona. Best location, walk to trail heads, avoid Uptown traffic. Cute, well outfitted place. Comfortable beds, laundry.

Brad and Tina’s home in West Sedona was perfect for our hiking vacation. The photos accurately depict the property. We really appreciated their detailed personal photo book describing nearby hikes along with the published hiking books. It was so easy to simply walk out of the house and walk up to some lovely trails.Sedona was very busy over spring break and we greatly appreciated the quiet vibe in West Sedona.

The property was spacious and clean with easy to follow instructions to keep everyone happy. It was steps away from hiking trails and all that Sedona has to offer.

I would like to give this place a lousy review, so it wouldn’t book up so fast, but I can’t. The reason it can be so hard to book is that once you stay here you don’t want to stay anywhere else. The beauty and comfort of the place is rivaled only by the hospitality of the hosts. What a great combination!

The house and location were beyond our expectations. We’ll appointed. Everything you will need. The yard/Zen Garden are incredible! The 360 views are awe inspiring. Just a quick stroll to The Peace Park (a must see) and many trail heads.

I couldnt believe they had everything! We went to enjoy Thanksgiving and of course I forgot somethings, but they had it! Beds were comfy, Patio was perfect to watch the sunrise. Living room was open and light. Quick little hikes just up the street. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed in West Sedona several times, and this was a great property. Just steps from Thunder Mtn, it gave us the perfect backdrop for a relaxing few days, as well as quick access to amazing hiking trails. The property was clean, well-organized, and a good value for comparable properties in the area. Would certainly stay here again.

Sage cottage was a wonderful end to a national parks vacation. The house was comfortable and in a great location. Breakfasts on the porch were unbeatable!

This place was amazing. I really didn’t believe it could be as pretty as the picture, but it was! Outside was stunning and inside was furnished with everything. Decorations were outstanding and I have never seen so many towels, washcloths, dish towels, and cookware - everything we needed was there and much more. As a Christian, the Buddha imagines were not needed but were respected.
